Will definitely not use this mob again
Will definitely not use this mob again. They literally are the worst when it comes to returns. They received my return 09/06/22 and emailed to ask if I would like a refund or exchange. I confirmed a refund and as of the 8/7/22 I have not heard from them or received my refund. Terrible service. Will definitely be elevating this.

Hi Damien
There was a delayed response to any of our emails
(We assume perhaps in your junk folder)
Your refund was processed and we would love this to be instant but unfortunately there are processes to follow & time frames for our merchant to issue the refund and it hit your account
Thanks
Josie

Hi Norman
Thanks for the review, however we have received no email from yourself regarding any issues with product? Unfortunately if we do not get told we can not remedy the situation and replace any items that may have been missed through quantity control.
We see you ordered again today so if you email us we can sort a replacement to be sent with your new order made.
Thanks

Morning Ryan,
Thanks for the review.
The item you ordered was our mesh trucker which we did advise was on PREORDER for a despatch of 1/6/22.
Thursday 2/6 and Friday 3/6 were national holidays for the queens jubilee and DPD closed for those 2 days which is why this didn't arrive till Saturday.
We apologise if this wasn't soon enough and will of course look to remedy the situation if you email us.
Thanks
