We have waited over 3 months to recieve a kit. Numerous emails to customer service who keep saying they will send out a new kit and still nothing. They're now refusing to refund us. Stay well aware!!

Sent wrong size and refused to give a refund. Then after several emails offered 20 per cent refund but did not even process this. Stay clear!

I was super skeptical at first after reading a bunch of reviews saying SoccerShopClub is a scam. But for me, the jersey actually did show up — just took forever. Like, 35 days to arrive. So yeah, don’t expect Amazon Prime speeds here.

Now, let’s talk about the jersey itself. I’m pretty sure it’s not authentic. It looks good, but there’s no way they can offer that many classic jerseys in every size at 30–50% off and have them be legit. Most likely it’s a replica from an unofficial factory, not made by Nike, Adidas, etc. Unless someone really knows their stuff, most people won’t notice. So if you’re just looking for something that looks decent, cheap, and don't care about brand authenticity, it might work for you. That’s not necessarily a bad thing if you know what you’re getting into.

I’ve been wearing mine to play soccer and work out, and honestly, the quality’s been surprisingly solid. It’s held up well after more than half a year. No peeling logos or falling apart seams for me. So if you’re okay with a fake but decent-quality jersey, it’s not the worst deal out there.

That said, if you really care about wearing official gear, I’d skip this site and go straight to Nike, Adidas, or trusted retailers. This isn’t the place for true collectors or people who want the real thing.

Bottom line is that you should not expect authenticity, but if you’re chill with knock-offs and long shipping times, you’ll probably be fine. Just wanted to share my experience to help others decide!

Save yourself time and headache and avoid these scammers. You pay extra for expedited order, just for them to create label and never send a jersey.
Now i need to do bank chargeback as month later no jersey and yet and they refuse to respond

We initially had a problem with our order in that the wrong player jersey was sent. Once I contacted them however, they corrected the situation and we now have the correct player jersey. In addition, the size we had initially ordered was too small so I requested the replacement exchange be in a larger size which they did honor. The set is of very nice quality and my grandson is happy to have his favorite player jersey!

Soccer shop club is a huge scammer. They take your money, send you a fake tracking numbers which seem to travel all over the word except to you destination. The jersey never arrives and they blame you for giving the wrong address. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
One more thing: All their jerseys are FAKE - and they charge the same as legit jerseys

I wish I could give zero stars, I should’ve checked Trust pilot before buying from this store, it’s a scam, they make it impossible for you to cancel any purchase or even return the product.
The same day I bought a hoodie I realized that it was NOT an original adidas product so I wanted to cancel the order, I sent an email and received a clearly automated message, I emailed again and they just never answered back. The form they have on their website to “return” the products doesn’t even work and their time frames to cancel or return are ridiculous so they basically force you to keep their counterfeit products. I tried repeatedly to fill out the return format with no luck. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

DO NOT Buy from this store. I paid and ordered beginning December. Till now no tracking number, response by email is poor and when they do reply they just say we are looking into it!!

Zero assistance with return request, poor quality jersey and innacurate size description. I have reached out to customer service via phone, online chat, submited two requests on a form that were not responded to in 3-7 business days as advised. The item came with an individual name on th return address, not a company, and there is zero support for the consumer. What a terrible company! I had to contact my credit card company because soccershopclup avoids customer service and backing up their product post sale.

I ordered a soccer jersey on 12/10/2024, paid $26 shipping fee to have it arrive by 12/26/2024. It finally arrived 36 days later--that's 1/15/25! And they advertised free shipping for arrival in that length of time. Tried to call, got voice message and no way to answer. Giant scam outfit.

This was a nightmare. I ordered a jersey and wanted to exchange it for a bigger size. Tried to contact someone via text, phone, email, etc. all to no avail. It was a horrific experience. After about a month, I was contacted via email, that the difference would be $27, which I paid and never received the jersey and to date, have not received a reimbursement of my $27. Will never do business with this company again. Steer away from them.

I purchased three jerseys from them. The sizing is totally off. They advertise free exchanges and it took over a month to get one of the jerseys exchanged. I returned the second jersey back to them, never received my exchange. The third jersey I still have because they never acknowledged my exchange request.
Customer service is terrible no way to really get a hold of them. They do not respond to emails or the chat function.
I tried to reach out multiple times. Now I am stuck with two jerseys that don’t fit and one jersey I paid for, sent back and got nothing back in return.

I bought an argentina messi jersey, said it was authentic. I got my product like 25 days later. It was authentic but was missing the world champions logo in the center of the jersey as it was shown on the product in the website. I exchanged it for one with the logo, because it is what I paid for. Received the other one a month later, this one was like a replica and much smaller. I requested another exchange for larger size, L. I get my product like 2 months later, they give me an XL. Legit not what I asked. They ended up giving me two argentina jerseys, an XL and a fake replica Large. Unsatisfied with the product, didn’t get what I paid for and the number on the website legit doesn’t work. The chat is useless as well.

I got scammed. I ordered a jersey for Halloween and paid overnight shipping. It never came. I never even received a tracking number. The emails say to contact them using chat on website then website chat says to contact over email. I never received a response from a human.

SCAM Website. Ordered 2 Jerseys more than a month ago. Credit card charged the same day. Never received the promised tracking number. Phone number on the website is a cellphone. No one responded to the 7 texts, chats, and emails I sent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. HUGE SCAM!!

This website is a complete scam the photos that they have online is not what is really depicted when the jersey is sent to you. Their customer service does not exists and the exchange policy is also a fraud I will dispute my charge based on false advertisement from this compony. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The jersey is 100% FAKE.

TERRIBLE QUALITY. These are low quality and fake. They give you 3 days to return it because everyone wants to return it. The sizes are messed up too. Its in a sizing that isn't the US.

There is no customer service at all!
There is no one to talk to or chat with. No email response either. However they email promotional stuff but nobody answers when it comes to returns or exchanges. You are stuck with the item like it or not
