Second buy experience

Ordered on the 7th of July … it is now August 11th and no package , there support was disrespectful and didn’t help when I asked and it still says on tracking “Your package might not have been sent yet” Don’t buy there’s so many other other better sites like DHgate panda but even TikTok shop is better than this bs.
I have no proof, but I’m just gonna go off assumptions that all the reviews are fake. every single account that reviewed only has reviewed their site and No one has reviewed the site on any other platform and there’s no way no one has experienced this as well. Support took five days to respond And didn’t even help there’s no way everyone else has had a good time.
Update 16th now nothing new and support decided to email me after seeing my review not after I contacted them multiple times def a scam stay away.
Another update it’s not the 23rd , they said the package got blocked and couldn’t be sent so they resent it and sent me a fake tracking number so I called my bank and got the refund lol stay away from the site everything will go wrong
