Right you are I’m afraid and I’m really sorry about this delay you have experienced.
Looking at the tracking it seems like the package can’t quite find its way to you after you requested a change to it. I don’t know what the change is and what triggered the loop of these errors, but I bet simply contacting UPS will resolve it.
I’ll do exactly that. Meanwhile, I’m going to try to get in touch with you so if you haven’t found anything from us recently, reach out to us via email at info@snusdaddy.com.
Didn’t receive my order

I'm really sorry to hear that and upon investigating the shipment, it does indeed look like the package is yet to arrive.
According to the information I have it's in customs right now either being cleared or awaiting action.
I would therefore recommend that you contact your local customs to see what they require from you or you can contact us directly and we will do everything we can to have it resolved. You can reach us at info@snusdaddy.com.
