I would 100% recommend SNSG the staff are really down to earth and helpful.
Another thing I liked was their willing to invest in their staffs development and want to see you grow in the company
Which really good for staff that like to elevate.

I worked for this company unfortunately their policy on mental health or the mental well-being of its staff is woefully inadequate,I had an issue and definitely wasn't feeling mentally strong, SNSG had the response of just terminating my employment,there was zero concern for my wellbeing just a line manager contacting me and unhappy because I couldn't make a shift

Do not hire this company! I have disabilities! Me and my old friend who was also my carer/companion was harassed 3 times for proof of tickets on entry at various points of the building! Surely if I had reached to the balcony area I had tickets! One even told us we were in the wrong queue when we were in the correct queue like everyone else with disabilities in queue. Also there was these 2 vile women who were completely wrecked from the very start of the night and harassed nearly everyone in our section! One woman even got sexual assaulted by one of the women. We kept telling the security who insisted they were watching them but security were no where to be seen. It ended with the one drunkenly falling on me, where I have long term shoulder injury! I again complained and again the security did nothing and one even said there was nothing he could do. The woman saw me complain they both come up in my face point and threatening me and I kept saying Get Lost! Again No Security! I lightly push the one away from me and she collapsed and then this woman who was sexually assaulted by the one said they had been removed! I will now have even more anxiety going out in future from the PTSD from this evening because of the totally incompetence & mismanagement of this rubbish security company! Also this was a special night (an anniversary celebration) at Damian Marley 11th August for me and my friend which was spoilt! This company is a joke!! Do not hire them!

What an absolute amazing team these people smoothly and effortlessly managing the access and egress and over all logistics of the Glastonbury festival bronze gate ensuring only the right vehicles were ment to be in that area ….. whilst keeping the pedestrians out of harms way .
I truly can’t emphasise strongly enough just how professional and well turned out (especially the day shift) this team rly are ….

They offer a great service and I can definitely recommend them..

After having only worked in the security industry for 6 months, I cannot praise all of the team who work for SNSG enough. They have been helpful and professional. My line manager Emma Hanley is a very good boss, cares about the staffs mental well being when things have been stressful. They have given me guidance when asked. After 8yrs of working in the care industry. I am glad that I work for a company like SNSG. This company is how a company is meant to be run.

Kiely Bros have worked with SNSG for over two years now. I find them to be professional, efficient and extremely responsive. They have responded to last minute requirements of security provision on sites in Lincolnshire, Somerset and Hampshire. SNSG always provide consistent and experienced personnel that go above and beyond to ensure that assets and staff remain safe and secure in often remote rural settings.

SNSG are employed on a number of our key high-end residential developments to undertake a 24 hour concierge (and security where required) service. The service is always polite, professional and we always receive excellent feedback from residents, visitors and clients. There is a strong support structure in place backed by their senior management team and control room function which further contributes to the smooth running of the blocks and estates.
