I share my opinion in order to help others in their research. I live in France, and since they are based in Australia, and that all the reviews are very bad, I thought it would be a nightmare to order from them. Then, I found a pair of Salomon that is completely sold out everywhere, been looking for them in months in my size but I’ve never succeeded. Until I found them on their website.

After reading the reviews on here, I was hesitating but since they were cheap, I
decided to take the risk of paying import taxes and order from them.

It took less than 24h for my order to be processed, and less than a week after, my pair of shoe was delivered. No problem at all with the package, or the product itself, everything was on point.

So, to be really honest, I do not understand how others have had super bad experiences with them, it all worked out perfectly for me, thank you!

poor service. I bought two pairs shoes but sent to me is wrong size. I took photos. They said the size on box is wrong.

that very bad customer service,talk chinese missed understand,dont mind customer.push customer sign up (pick up) even i didnt try to wear and wasnt closed me to talk.

Quick postage, love my golden goose sneakers! Will buy again.

I ordered the David Dinkins, high tops addition with wing tips and was told it would take 3 to 5 business days. I bought it for my son who is trying out for the basket ball team. It's been a month and I still I have not gotten them.

Order from some place else.

Very very very rude staff especially sneakerboy chadstone..staff very arrogant and not even smile..the staff only worker at sneakerboy they shouldn’t act that way.

Great sneakers from my youth on display to get you into the store. None of them are for sale. Available sneakers are overpriced crap only rich posers would wear. $1300 Dior sneakers ? Get real.

Purchased a pair of shoes for delivery. Was $20 which is quite high when Adidas and Nike offer free Express shipping over $100

2 weeks later nothing. I email and I get told I'm more or less impatient and to wait. Then I see my order marked as returned and a new order created. In other words staff covering their tracks as to why the order wasn't shipped.

Another week later it actually ships but is not even Express and still hasn't arrived. Tracking shows it hasn't left Melbourne. So in other words they generated the shipment, but are yet to ship. Next week my bank will reverse the transaction.

No worse feeling than buying shoes and expecting to get an email atleast to tell you they're being shipped probably after 1-2 days, only to be one week after I went into the store to buy the shoes and they still haven't processed the order. Ridiculous, buy elsewhere.

They have no idea how to ship their bloody items. It takes around a month for your order to arrive. Don't buy from these fools.

If there was a zero star, I would use it to rate the Sneakerboy Chadstone. These people (Sneakerboy Chadstone) stopped me after I passed the entrance and made me go to wait in the EMPTY queue. So smart!!! and now after I have read the other reviews of how bad their service is, I feel kinda lucky. I am glad that I have walked away together with their potential customers. I guess bad service and rudeness starts from right at the door step

WORST SNEAKER STORE EVER !!
Ordered a pair of Balenciaga Speed Trainers and was told that they will ship it within 10 days and it never happens. After a solid month and it's still not shipped. Will never use it again.

I won an Yeezy raffle and was going to pick up the shoes on 25 Nov, but the staff told me the shipment was delayed and it would be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, they will contact me when the shoes delivered.
However, I have been waiting for almost a week and I still have not got any messages yet.
I will never buy anything from this s*** store again.

Terrible, got misled in the store about sneaker availability. Had to wait ages for the sneakers to get delivered. Complained and got a 20% discount code which expired after 24hrs PFFT!!!! Damn you Sneakerboy. Never, ever buying from them again.

Be mindful that when you make an order, payment doesn't get cleared until about 3-5 days and once that's cleared, then your order should be shipped.. if you can find another site that has the same product eg. Matches Fashion, End Clothing etc, they usually ship asap. Sneakerboy also don't make you aware of this pending payment delay and they don't update you in between the time you order and the time it ships, until it ships! so, there is a lack of communication.

I ordered the European size instead of the US size by mistake, and their Customer Service was great! I got my high-top sneakers exchanged quickly and efficiently.

Very bad experience buying shoes from them! DO NOT BUY SHOES FROM THEM ONLINE
Ordered and purchased a pair of shoes online. Payment went through the same day. However, shoes haven't been shipped for two weeks although the status said "ready to ship"
Then, they refund my order without sending any emails or notices. Refund hasn't been gone through as quite as purchasing. Very bad service to be honest.

I don't know about the experience others have had with sneakerboy but the service i received from them is beyond exceptional! Their response to all my concerns about my orders has been answered on a professional and timely manner, keeping me up to date. I highly recommend sneakerboy to anyone who is into fashion and sneakers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SNEAKERBOY. Seriously. Sneakerboy is the worst sneaker store I've bought from EVER. Your item will, and I repeat, it will take an incredibly long time to arrive. Its honestly bloody annoying you cannot buy in stores. While their customer service and dispatch is horribly slow. However, they do take money from your bank account incredibly quick, while they do not ship it out till weeks after.
TL:DR Do not buy from them.
