Been trying to use a credit voucher for…
Been trying to use a credit voucher for over a year, almost a year and a half.
Ordered shoes twice and they have never arrived. Is this some sort of scam?!
The last pair were advertised as guaranteed delivered by a certain date in April but still never came. Fake advertising also! Listing things on the website that they don’t actually have stock of, yet don’t tell the customer that.
I just want my money back…
Sneakerboy has no customer service except an email address which the person reading deliberately ignores me.
It is honestly shocking that they have held my money for this long and I still don’t have any product, that is robbery!!!!
Let’s see if they respond to this, as my last 3 emails have been ignored.

To be honest, we have bought multiple shoes from sneaker boy and we have seen nothing like this, these shoes are so comfortable and the amount of compliments I have received just by wearing them in public are too many to count, some people ask me where I got them from and how much they cost. The Nike ACG mountain fly shoes are one of the best shoes I have seen as you have stated they are for all conditions which just makes them excellent to wear for anything that happens in everyday life.

I have bought moncler shoes from them and emailed them, instagram messaged them. no response. I tried to ring the online number no response. I rang one of their stores and staff said they dont have controle over online orders and told me to email them. its been 1 month and item not delivered yet. Now I am going to dispute the transaction with my bank. Waste of time DO NOT BUY FROM SNEAKERBOY!!

I made a purchase
I made a purchase, 3 pairs of shoes on Boxing Day 26th December 2021. I didn’t not receive any delivery status, confirmation or despatched emails for a few weeks which I thought was strange. I logged into the account and it read back order status which to me is inappropriate.
If the company has no stock they shouldn’t be selling it, if they are selling products they have no stock of they should clearly state back order on website. If they didn’t state back order online they should have sent an email straight after purchase to advise customer wait time which they didn’t. Money should not have been debited without customer acknowledgement if no stock.
I emailed help desk 13th January, received a reply on the 18th of January advising me due to logistics there is a delay, they will update me, I didn’t not receive any updates.
I emailed help desk again 12th February requesting for updates requesting for updates, this time they replied same day advising me stock should arrive in 2-3 weeks and will update me etc, I did not receive any updates.
I emailed help desk again 11th March requesting updates and expressing slight disappointment and received a reply 15th March indicating they do not have an estimated time of arrival and will update me, I did not receive updates. I replied to them stating they are still advertising Alexander McQueens on their website when they have no stock and question why they would debit customers money without stock availability. No reply.
25 March I finally received a separate email advising 1st April they will have stock and I should receive delivery status shortly.
9th April, I replied to the 25th March advising them logging into account reads as back order status, no reply from them.
12th April I send out 2 emails via replying to different history of emails requesting for updates, no reply as usual.
14th April, I again sent out 2 emails which clearing stated I will be taking this matter to ACCC and write reviews with my terrible experience.
Sneaker Boy do not have the customer service to handle buyer enquiry nor do they have ethical systems in place to ensure smooth purchases.
I have purchased designer online before where the business would advise no stock available and won’t debit money until stock is available and follow up.
Whilst some may think I’m stupid for waiting so long, I gave Sneaker Boy a good 4 months patience understanding delays may occur with logistics etc.
By the way, in between all the waiting I’ve called Sneaker Boy and left several messages with no reply, not sure why they have telephone lines and voicemail if no one answers or returns calls.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service reply from the help desk, perhaps they should change their name as they’re not helpful at all.

Don’t bother with sneakerboy
Don’t bother with sneakerboy. They take MONTHS (6+ is not uncommon) to ship your items. In addition to this they rarely respond to emails or dms so it’s very hard to get your order cancelled or refunded. Save your money and shop elsewhere, most definitely not worth the time or effort

DISAPPOINTED
I purchased a pair of Balenciaga sneakers online in late November 2021 it's now almost coming into 2 months and i still have not received the product.
I was honoured a further discount out of good-will and was promised an update for early January.
Since then i have sent them 5 emails ALL of which remained unanswered. The last reply from them was 21st December, 2021.
There returns email address is bouncing back. The only active emails appears to be Help and Info - no reply from them.
Extremely disappointment.
Chadstone phone number goes to voicemail, Melbourne store does not answer, South Wharf store no answer.

No refunds - terrible response times for online customer service - if shoes dont fit tough luck - they treat that as CHANGE OF MIND!!! I got fooled into ordering 2 sizes as I am half size - neither fitted - now they claim that is CHANGE OF MIND and I have to get a credit note!
Their reviews on Glassdoor are equally as bad. Keep away from this dodgy lot - they dont care about customers.

Even giving one star is too generous for this store. My order only to arrive 2 months later and on top of that no communication at all with tracking and updates with the order even after vigorous emails. I ended up having the return one of the items and only state credit vouchers are issued instead of refunds when my item was in good condition. Even after an email on my newly issued credit voucher, I found out the code was valid but the balance was $0! This business is an epitome of a facade. Prestige and luxury brand catered to customers is they’re exterior. Once you purchase anything -
No emails, tracking, refund and communication efforts whatsoever. Do not waste your money on this business. You’ll never see it or get it back. What’s the point of advertising DHL shipping service (which is considered fast and reliable) when they send the items 2 months after purchase.

Placed an order on Aug 10, waited till 16 Aug and sent them a reminder as I've yet to receive any shipping confirmation. Worst customer service I have ever received from an Australian retailer.
On 7 June 2021, I placed an order on sneakerboy's website.
Weeks went by and the order had not been shipped. Their own terms and conditions state "orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days."
On 27 June 2021 (prior to the items having been shipped), I sent an email to the customer service email address politely requesting a cancellation to the order. I did not receive a response.
On 6 July 2021, the order shipped (almost a month after the order was placed and over a week after I requested cancellation).
When I received the items, they were too large (didn't fit). The items came with an order sheet with instructions for how to request a return. I followed these instructions and placed a return request through their sBid platform. I received a notification stating that I would get a response with instruction for the return within 7 days. I did not receive a response.
On 22 July 2021, I sent a further email to customer service, explaining the above and requesting confirmation that I can return the items. Because I had not received any correspondence so far, I also stated that if they did not respond within a week I would just go ahead return the items. Again, I did not receive a response.
On 10 August 2021, I returned the items, including a printout of all of the emails I had sent them previously. The Australia Post tracking shows that the delivery was made on 17 August 2021.
It has been almost a week since Sneakerboy received the returned item and I still have had no communication from them.
I feel like I have been defrauded and completely ghosted by their customer service. I am at a complete loss. They have my money and the items. This is the most extraordinary customer service I have ever encountered in Australia.
I would highly recommend that people avoid this company.
There is still hope
So I ordered a pair of sneakers from Sneakerboy prob around end of June.
And didn't receive any updates so started googling all the reviews and was abit worried.
Sent around 3 emails, didn't get response then one day I signed into the SBid and saw the shoes were shipped.
Finally received them which was a relief.
For everyone, there is still hope, it's a tough time and I'm sure they are inundated with emails. Be patient and regularly check your SBid.
