Having used Smart Hospitality for the first time with our new menus I was extremely satisfied with not only the service but the speed in which things got done. Sam Hubbard was my contact and she was amazing and will look forward to working agin on our next project. In turn I have recommended the company to other operators who need similar services.

Alberto was also amazing with his swift and efficient proofs over and Dixie was lovely too. A very tight and well oiled team. A pleasure to work with.

We have used Smart Hospitality Supplies for some important menu jobs recently and the service has been excellent. They have delivered great results to tight deadlines and never let us down. Just had a delivery of menu covers from Smart Hospitality and I am very pleased with the quality and value of their products and the speedy delivery service. My original order was wrong in that I was ordering incompatible items. The helpful lady immediately emailed me back to question the validity of the order and having ascertained what I really wanted, she investigated further with the sales team to make alternative suggestions. When I finally decided on another product the cancellation and credit to my account were seamless and I was kept fully informed of the lead time of my order, which was then delivered earlier than expected. Nothing but praise for the courteous, prompt and efficient service I received.

I would recommend Smart Hospitality Supplies in a heart beat. Philippa Griffiths looked after us from our very first enquiry and was only to happy to send samples and suggestions to help us find the perfect room folder for our venue. We are only a small family owned business and our order was very low volume, but Philippa and Pixie were only too happy to answer the hundreds of questions we fired at them and never made us feel any less important than the huge accounts, that I know Smart also look after.
When the folders arrived, we were absolutely thrilled and knew instantly that we made the right choice with trusting Smart with our order. The quality of the folder is first class and looks very expensive (yet the reality is that they incredibly good value). So in short - 5 star service, 5 star product. Thank you!!
