Absolutely gutted to smash my Apple Watch SE, with apple quoting £190 to fix a £230 watch.

Found Josh online, and he got in touch within hours after I made contact. Price seemed a little too good to be true, but the service, communication and quality of the repair that has been provided is immense.

My watch now looks brand new.

Will be recommending to everyone, and sure will be using the service when I do something stupid and smash another apple product.

Very pleased with the service from Smart Repairs UK in replacing the glass on my Apple Watch, they kept me informed of the progress and it was on its way back to me within 5 days looking like new. I would definitely recommend this company.

My Apple Watch just fell off my wrist…landed face down and smashed…

We found Smart Repairs UK online. They returned our message on a bank holiday! Arrangements were made and in just over a week, I am reunited with my watch.

This company cannot be faulted, their communication, speed of service & perfect repair is second to none. I am so impressed and would absolutely recommend Josh and his company to everyone!!

Very informative and transparent from the beginning. I was able to think about it without any pressure and didn’t end up sending my watch for a couple of weeks. The packaging and special delivery recommendation meant my watch was delivered safely and very quickly. My watch was delivered, fixed and returned within 3 days (3rd-6th) of May. I got a text message with a video of the repair which was reassuring. My watch was returned safely by special delivery (at no extra cost - assumably within the total cost of the repair) and wrapped up safely to avoid damage.

Really great service - iWatch as good as new after it was smashed. Good communication and fast repair. But what I was really impressed by was that JB got in touch to discuss whether I really needed the LCD repair that I had booked or whether I could save money by having less work done. He could have just carried out the full (and more expensive) repair, but he checked first. Good value, great work.

I had a broken screen for about a year as I refused to pay apple prices for a screen fix. I came across smart repairs online and I was very apprehensive sending my £400 watch out I’m not going to lie. The reviews really helped and I went ahead and WhatsApp all the info over and it was a fantastic service.
It was so easy and clear how to send the watch and no hidden prices or charges. It was exactly what josh had quoted after sending him over some pictures. I was kept up to date with everything from when it arrived and the procedure of fixing the watch (with pictures ) and before you know it it was sent back with special delivery and back on my wrist like new! 10/10 for service and for the repair. Thank you so much (hopefully I won’t have to use you again ;) but if I do I will be sending it here )

Wow, from start to finish I’ve been blown away by this company. From the onset clear concise instructions and information, they kept me updated at every stage of the process, providing photos and texts. Completed the repair before taking any money and had my watch back to me within the 7 days they advertised. My watch arrived back as good as the day I got it and all for £95. Fantastic value!

I would have no hesitation to use them again and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Very smooth service from the go, was kept up to to date throughout the whole repair process and the watch was returned repaired in less than a week from sending it in. Very pleased with the high quality repair, my watch looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Excellent repair, usually I’m not keen on third party repairs but my partner insisted. I’ve seen some awful Apple Watch repairs previously and was pleasantly surprised by how seamless the repair was.

I would prefer an online website system for placing the repair instead of via messenger and a bank transfer, as this made me feel quite uneasy.

I would definitely use them again and they had excellent customer service.
