Great repair at a very reasonable price, would 100% recommend! I dropped my Apple Watch & had a bad screen crack, it was unusable. I found Smart Repairs on google, sent photos of watch screen showing the crack, they replied with a quote, i posted it off, they confirmed receipt & sent photos updating me of the repair then returned it. Looks amazing & as new, works perfectly. Great company & service.

First class service from start to finish.
I contacted smart repairs via wattsapp and they got back to me straight away.
Sent a few pictures of my sons smashed apple s3 watch which had been used for 1 month before he smashed it a few years ago,apple said it would cost the same as a new watch to repair so it sat in a drawer for years.
I sent it off to smart repairs and got it back less than a week later looking brand new.
I was kept updated the whole time with messages and pictures.
I would highly recommend this company and would use again.

Smart Watch face shattered 4 yrs ago and only action on contacting Apple was to buy a new one so put in a box and forgot about it. 4 yrs on I dropped my IPad and when looking for a repairer I noticed a company that repaired watches. Hence my contact with Smart Repairs UK. Spoke to company and sent off my watch the day before I left for a 6 week holiday. They gladly waited for my return before I paid and the watch was duly returned to me. I was kept up to date with everything and had a picture of the repaired watch via WhatsApp. What service! I am now wearing a watch that I thought was consigned to the bin

Speedy excellent service from Josh. Superb communication at every stage from quote to sending him the watch, photos sent to me before and after the repairs. Thought this was a gamble but after Apple quoted me starting price of £275 and Josh’s assurances as my watch was only a few months old I went for it. Great reliable, honest service! My iPhone watch was smashed to smitherines as it had been dropped on a stone floor. Josh quoted a really reasonable price, it was sent to him via special delivery, and was returned in full working within the week! Fantastic service. Great service and communication via WhatsApp. Repaired my apple series 4 broken watch face and it now looks brand new. Took about a week from posting off to receiving back.

Having been worried in sending off my really smashed watch and wondering if I’d ever see it again. This company received it, repaired it and even called me to say of a slight mark on it. It cost a quarter than what it would have in the Apple Store or other repairers and came back to me within a week. Top job and top company would recommend anytime.
