If anyone has broken the screen of an Apple Watch, you learn two things quickly. One, Apple will charge you nearly the price of the device to replace the glass and two, you should use a screen protector. I found Smart Repairs the way we all find something, through Google, and I think having reviews for services like this is important, so you don’t have to do anything blindly. I got my repaired watch back this morning. It looks great, works great and I was kept informed every step of the way. It cost me a lot less than Apple to repair it. I would highly recommend this service although hopefully I will never have to use them again! They were brilliant, but I need to stop breaking things!

Contacted this company last year to repair my series 4 watch screen. However, due to the postal strike i did not sent it, then in the mean time this Christmas i received a new watch. So i had the old 4 series repaired by Smart Repairs which came back repaired and looking brand new within a week. Smart Repairs thank you, this now on the wrist of my grandson.

Smart Repairs replaced the broken glass face of my Apple Watch. They did a great job, at a fraction of the cost of the Apple store. It took just over a week between first contacting them and receiving my fully repaired watch. At each stage of the process I was kept fully informed of progress. Really an exceptional all round customer experience.

So happy my Apple Watch was repairable. So much more cost effective than replacing and its back and like new. Fast turnaround, great communication and reasonable price.

Great work by Josh and his team, sent my apple watch series 4 in for a replacement glass screen. I dropped them a quick text message to let them know i'd posted the watch. Josh replied to confirm receipt the next day. Would have been a 6 day turnaround if it wasn't for Royal Mail not delivering on a weekend but that's completely out of Smart Repairs control. Watch functions perfectly again, and looks like new, so really pleased. Had a quote for a repair of an Ipod Touch too.

I was a little dubious, sending off an expensive item in the post, but I’m so glad I did. What a professional service I received! I was kept in the know throughout with updates and photographs and my watch now looks like new. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Three companies said my Apple Watch couldn’t be repaired, smart repairs said no problem. I was dubious about sending it to a company I wasn’t familiar with who said they could repair when others couldn’t.
What a fantastic professional service from start to finish. They kept in touch using WhatsApp, sent me progress reports and photos of the repair and returned it using recorded delivery.

Absolutely mint service. My daughter dropped her Apple Watch that was a gift for Christmas. I sent her watch to smart repairs who quoted a very reasonable price. They stayed in touch with me throughout and we received the watch back in perfect condition.

It couldn’t have been more perfect - the communication (fast, helpful, polite), and the repair as a whole (sending the package off, and the entire process being done in ~7 days even during the Christmas period).
I would deeply recommend this service to anyone who has broken their Apple Watch and is adverse to paying apples extortionate price or purchasing a new watch entirely.
