All reviews are fake spare parts too costly and not providing exchange parts under warranty we are totally money making machine for this company. Few of the good thing like big company, good staff but satisfaction in service is very bad.

Support call was returned promptly. The technician understood my problem and immediately sent detailed written instructions to resolve as well as a link to a video to illustrate the process.
