I’ve been coming to Slimming World in Weoley Castle with Denise for 2 or more years. I can honestly say it is the only way I get support & help to eat healthy & lose weight. But the most important thing is to stay to group as that’s where you get the real support from others in the group. Whether your doing great or your struggling these always someone that has been there or Denise will differently have an answer. The other reason for staying to group is to have that hour for you!!! Come & join you Are Worth it!!!

Slimming world is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.Food optimising allows you a balanced diet without feeling deprived of anything, you can still have all your favourite foods as long as you follow the the plan.Having a consultant like Denise D Robinson is an added bonus she's always supportive and never judgemental.Would recommend Slimming world to everyone.

Been on my weight loss journey for just over a year lost almost 7.5 stone ,the Slimming World plan is fabulous ,and the real game changer is group support being part of a community where there is no shame nor judgement but ongoing support not only from consultants but from group members has been amazing

Great support when I really needed it brilliant co-ordinator never ever put down if you have not lost and fantastic motivation from th rest of the team

I've been a successful member/Target member of Slimming World now for 18yrs and it really has changed my life in so many ways... I can navigate my way through all life events and occasions with no pressure or judgement... 3 stone down and living life... What more could you ask for...

I attend Teresa's group at Parklands Cheltenham on Thursdays at 6pm. I have been a member of this group for almost 5 years. Our group is like a big family. Everyone is so friendly, inspiring, motivating, and its been life changing personally for myself as I have so far lost over 7 stone. I enjoy the plan and love cooking new healthy meals and Teresa has been incredible help over the years. Highly recommend this group to anyone in Cheltenham. You will receive a warm and friendly welcome from everyone and no matter what the scales say you will receive support and help that is needed.

Having been a returning target member of Slimming World for over 5 years. I continue to attend group every week. It costs me nothing but my time! Healthier and happier its my way of life ! Continuing to get inspiration, motivation and support from my consultant and other members. Slimming World changed my life, having been a 'big girl' all my life I only wish I'd joined sooner. Thank you so much.

I've lost 2 stone since joining Slimming World, our gruop meet at Chellaston Bowls club, just behind Lydl's car park on Friday mornings.We have a superb consultant,Liz,who makes it a pleasure to lose weight, most keep attending way after reaching target because its fun, can't thank her enough.

This eating plan is amazing. The group i attend im timperley at broomwood Community Centre is the best I love the class and juilie the consultant is amazing . She makes it interesting fun and is always there to give alive and help with anything I need I look forward to Saturday morning weigh in thats down ti her and the group. Im loving my weight loss journey

Fantastic supportive group. My consultant is always on hand to answer any questions I might have. I would not have been able to lose my weight without the support from the group consultant and members.

I absolutely love the slimming world plan and the flexibility it gives me to eat the food I love, even chocolate! I love going to group as not only do other members share ideas but it helps me to stay focused. Our slimming world consultant Tina Moore, Brownsover Rugby Friday 9.30 is the best consultant I’ve had. She has done the journey herself and understands you, very knowledgeable about the plan, always takes time to listen and doesn’t mind you contacting her outside of group with any concerns.

My group is on a Wednesday at 9am at Methodist church on hillmorton road in rugby with my consultant Maz Wilkins.

I help on the social team in the second session at 9am and stay and help in the third session that starts at 10:30am. The members are all lovely and have made some very good friends
The consultant Maz is a very experienced long service consultant. Maz also sends motivational daily posts on our private Facebook group every morning.
I would definitely recommend this group to anyone thinking of joining sw or moving to a different group. If you go to your gp and ask about slimming world some people can get a 12 week subscription free if you fit into the relevant criteria. Slimming world helps change your mind set to eating healthy and changes the way you eat and is a lifelong plan.

After 20+ years of dieting. I lost 3.5 stone in under a year on slimming world. When you find the group and the consultant that is right for you the support and the plan works and it helps when you want to make your supporters proud. Thanks @swdawnyateley

The online version is terrible. Every single time I try to log in it doesn't recognise my details, I'm DEFINITELY entering the correct things too. I keep having to change my password and even then I can't get in. It locks me out regularly. I phoned them and asked if I could be logged in permanently but they said no, hiding behind GDPR. I don't have this problem with other websites. I'm sick of it. Every time I sign up online over the years I've had this problem. BTW you're only signed out for 5 minutes, they don't tell you that unless you phone up. I suggested their IT Dept should mention it on the website. Terrible online presence, not user friendly at all. Go with Weight Watchers, they can't be any worse.

The Slimming World program is so flexible and centers around foods that we all shop for any way! I live in the US and I’m still able to Food Optimize + use the tracker (barring the scanner) pretty seamlessly!

I love coming to my SW group on Thursday mornings - since joining in January 2025 I've lost over four and a half stones and am now a target member🥇🥳
Hannah is informative, encouraging and supportive - and always there at the end of the phone to help when needed!! I've made so many lovely new friends too🥰! x

I joined Slimming World Jas, Irene & Babita Amazing Consultants And Supportive Group. And I Achieved My Target Weight 9st And Maintained 2023. I Ordered Slimming World Kitchen Box One Off, After My Children's Dad And Children Got Hungry On My Food Optimising And Body Magic. After Comparing Being Hungry The Basic, Everyday State Of Needing Food. Starving Implies Severe Uncontrollable Level Of Hunger. Ravenous Is The Most Extreme Describing And Uncontrollable Fierce Urge To Eat Immediately. Best Descison I Made. Morine, Donald, Myola & Rommel. 🤩

I’ve had a really positive experience with Slimming World. Gillian and Phil are fantastic coaches, always supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. The group is very welcoming, and the other members make it such a friendly and comfortable environment. I have felt supported by the couches since day one. Couldn’t recommend enough.

My local group is in Howden E Yorks & run by Kay Storr. It’s a fabulously friendly group with a lot of support from members but especially from Kay. There is a group Facebook page for members only to share recipes, tips & information. Kay encourages everyone to contribute to the weekly group meetings but also to engage online through the Facebook Group. Unlike some other consultants I have been with, Kay contacts members regularly throughout the week & is available for any member struggling with food options or going through a difficult time.
There are regular events organised between groups such as the weekly walking sessions, trips out for meals (all SW friendly) annual Christmas Party & Summer Barbecue. Kay puts a lot of time & effort into her groups, she has a friendly outgoing personality & is able to put everyone at ease. I would highly recommend her groups.
