Received the three doors however…
Received the three doors however installer broke one pain of glass. So contacted your company who were not very helpful. Only an offer of a complete door, which I didn't take up. So have wasted £1400.

Simon, let me look into this for you. You will have been offered a complete door on a 'non profit basis' ie at cost. We do this on a non profit basis as we have a policy of NOT profiting from customer error. We cannot ship glass around the country, it's not safe to do so, you would need to speak to a local glass company for that. Making a door at cost is usually the cheapest way. . Shipping your broken door back, disassembling, reassembling, and shipping back to you is often more expensive. Certainly you should not be wasting £1400!! Let's try to find you a solution. We will be in touch. Worse case your home insurance, or the fitters insurance should cover any costs which we will work with you to minimise.

Very happy Customers
The process was seamless and all enquiries before ordering were handled professionally and efficiently. We did have a fairly long lead time, once ordered, but this was explained to us at time of ordering and delivery times were honoured. Overall very impressed with the product, we needed bespoke doors and that is exactly what we got. Very happy Customers.

Would use them again
Delivered when they said they would.
Quality of doors is good, and not too complicated to hang.
Instructions on building a frame could have been more helpful, but that is because I am a complete beginner and I was not fitting into a gap.

Great products and great service
Everything arrived on time, well packaged and with clear instructions. Very happy with the doors.
A nice touch was that a year after buying the doors, I got an email to all of I was still happy with them: not trying to sell anything, just checking everything was ok with the doors.

Fantastic customer service and beautiful wardrobe! I had a slight issue with the frame of the doors but they fixed it immediately. I will certainly buy again.

Excellent service from start to finish, very helpful before ordering. Great price and product arrived packaged well. Looks fabulous, hence I’ve purchased again for the spare bedroom. Highly recommend.
