I've loved every pair of sleep phones I've had, which is about 4. The utility and sound quality is perfect for me and I've recommended them often. My only complaint is with reliability/durability. I want to say I've had those four pairs in only about 6-7 years. They just stop working after awhile, at least two times within the warranty period, so I just got them replaced. My latest pair includes a charging pad, which I hope will make a difference by limiting the amount of unplugging and handling needed to use them. It's a little tricky to position them correctly so they charge, but for now I'll blame myself for being on a learning curve with them. I will say the company has been very easy to work with and I love the story of how their female founder was called to create sleep phones from her own need for them. Way to manifest, sister! Consider me a true believer who will continue spreading the gospel of how awesome this product is. BTW, as a long-time, daily user, I'd love to help develop future innovations and I have a couple of ideas. Hit me up, Acoustic Sheep.

These are really great headphones. They have good sound. They're comfortable - especially for side sleepers and you can even use the band as a decent sleep mask.

I'm on my second pair though. The cord is covered with woven cloth and is susceptible to kinking which concentrates all the stress in one place eventually causing the cord to break,

i'm trying to avoid the problem by not winding up the cord in any way and keeping it as straight as possible.

They have a Bluetooth model, but I don't want more radio waves beaming through my head all night.

Quick answer to my question.

Not as comfortable as I expected. The main unit digs and the earphones move around constantly. The head band slips off my head even though the fit feels right. I'm a side sleeper but the earphone digs in when I try to sleep on my side. It does Bluetooth well with my phone.

Update 8/17/2019:
Reached out to support, Jenna, and was hooked up immediately with a return label for shipment. Sent out on Saturday and received the correct one a few days later and fully charged. They have always been easy to work in my experiences...even regardless of the misstep.

I own the sleephones effortless and my Bluetooth module in it died. Reached to customer support via email and was told to call customer service for purchasing a new module. Called customer service a few months later and the service was good, the man on the phone was good the problem was I got the wrong Bluetooth module. I had asked if the Bluetooth module at 69.99 was the correct one for the Effortless and was told yes. I knew that wasn’t the right one as the Effortless module is 79.99. I felt for the dude though, he may have been new, so I let it slide and am now using the Bluetooth module that requires disconnecting to charge, over being able to charge wirelessly...I just want to sleep better.....

my sleephones have been an awesome investment. I use them every night to listen to guided sleep meditations. they are super comfortable with great sound. and the drown out my husband's snoring so our relationship has gotten that much better :)

I bought these as a gift for my wife. She absolutely loves them. They easily adjusted, just like the videos demonstrated, and except for the fantastic sound coming from the headband, she couldn't tell there were speakers in there. She started by laying on her side and still was amazed at how comfortable they were.

I'm really happy with sleepphones. Delivery was sent out fast. Really good product and I'm recommending them to everybody.

Awesome product! However, I deducted a star because it does not have a sleep timer. It would be great if it turned itself off to conserve battery life.

These work well, especially if you pair them with foam ear plugs. My husband is a very loud snorer and we were going on a cruise so we had to sleep in the same stateroom. After reading some helpful advice from the internet, I purchased the SheepPhones and foam ear plugs. I was actually able to sleep. It took me a few test runs beforehand to get it right, like remembering to charge it up and adjusting it to my head. It is confusing because it is hard to tell if it is charged up. It is also kind of hard to get used to wearing a headband while you sleep. However, I consider these a really good purchase for us because they did the job. I did not pair them with the music that you get for free from SheepPhones because I prefer the sound of rain and water. I was able to pair them through my iPhone with a fee app called Sleep Monkey. So we all were able to sleep soundly and we enjoyed our cruise. Thank you, SheepPhones!

I honestly was expecting more for the price of the wireless Bluetooth style. The sound can be heard loudly from others not wearing them. The small, flexible speakers are better than wearing earbuds but truly I don’t feel this was worth $99 USD. Disappointed 😔

Love my sleepphones. Can’t sleep without them. The only thing is I place the control module on my forehead. Otherwise it shuts off if I sleep on my back.

I love my sleepphones. They work great with my sleep app or anything else I may want to listen to through Bluetooth. Very comfortable. And definitely helps sleeping next to a snoring husband 😀 Customer service was very helpful and shipping was fast !

I sleep better than ever since purchasing these. Comfortable enough for side sleepers!

BOUGHT FOR TINNITUS. JUST FOR PRACTICAL REASONS. But what a treat. Never imagined having adult bedtime stories. I really look forward to them every night. I’m always asleep before the finish. Too funny

This is the third SleepPhone I’ve purchased because I wore out the first two. I use mine every day and love it. Highly recommend this product.
