Convenient Product
Very convenient product that helps you in getting a better sleep.
However, the only issue I’m not satisfied with is the location of the Bluetooth Module.
It’s very small and flexible, but still hurting my back head.
I really suggest shifting it to the front.

Out sincerest apologies for the difficulty you experienced! The module is normally worn at the back of the headband, but we would suggest moving the Bluetooth® module to the front or side of the head. If moving it to the side, please place it on the opposite side as you sleep on. Many of our customers do move the module as this will help with clarity and quality of the Bluetooth® signal, help prevent the buttons from getting pressed accidentally, and be more comfortable to use while sleeping.

I didn't find the product reliable
I didn't find the product reliable, and or that would it last . I returned mine after a day when I realized how disappointing it was. They sell the same thing on Amazon for 19.99 and for the money I would go to Bed Bath and Beyond

Is okay
Good sounds but is loud sound that people right next to you are hearing it.
I see that my comment isn’t good for business but unfortunately is the truth, can’t lie.
For my husband with really bad tinnitus is imperative that the sound must be louder that the annoy sound they experienced in their head.
You must be a DJ or something close for some headphones to damage your ear and also for a longggg period of years.

The headphones were good while they…
The headphones were good while they lasted. They functioned exactly as advertised...while they lasted. How long did they last? Not even a week. Now I can’t even use them for more than five minutes before they randomly disconnect from my phone and just stop working in general. Save your money for something else, because $100 is a lot to shovel out for something that can’t even work when you use it after a while. I am thoroughly disappointed with this product.

This is my second pair of sleep phones
This is my second pair of sleep phones. My only issue is the sizing never seems to work. I had an xs before, and the two earpieces never both reached my ears. I measured as in the video and got the Medium this time, and they still don't seem to reach. Otherwise I love them, I am so happy to have the bluetooth option this time!

I really like the idea, but...
I really like the concept and my SleepPhones have helped when I’m finding it really hard to get to sleep. However, even though the headsets are somewhat flat, I’ve woken up with my ears throbbing in pain from lying on the headsets all night. So now I only use them when I really need them.

Our sincerest apologies you are not satisfied with your purchase! Having the proper size headband (with a snug fit) is crucial not only for comfort but for sound purposes too. A proper fitting headband will prevent the speakers from sliding around while in use as well as the headband slipping. Having too snug of a headband, however, might cause discomfort as the speakers would be pressing into your ears.
We would be happy to exchange your headband for a different size / fabric! If you could please fill out the warranty form found on our site and send it in with your headband, we will send you a new headband to insert your speakers into!
