Met these guys at The Game Fair and bought a few products as treats/chews for my Spaniel and Labrador. They loved them and I liked the idea that the products were bits of an animal that may well normally be discarded (Beef trachea or Rabbit ears). I’ve reorder more from the site and delivery was really fast. A happy customer and even happier dogs!

Excellent quality food - both my dogs (aged 2and 12) are thriving. Service and delivery is top notch.

Many companies say their chews are long lasting. Skylos collagen chews really are - even for Ridgebacks who polish most treats off in seconds!

My extremely fussy labradoodle devours this food! Empty bowls every time. This food is also excellent for his sensitive stomach and poos are now easy to pick up. Customer service has been excellent, I emailed them regarding an issue with DPD as they called me the same evening. My deliveries always arrive quickly. I highly recommend not only Skylos food but Skylos as a company 5*.

Skylos braided lamb bought for a lurcher. He takes it into the garden and dumps it.
Offered to 2 friends with labradors ( who eat anything) both rejected this product.
So need to look at this or stop selling it.

Skylos Dog Food has significant issues that seriously affect the overall customer experience, particularly regarding delivery and customer service. Many customers report unacceptable delays in receiving their orders, even after paying extra for tracked shipping. Orders often take far longer than promised, leaving customers without essential food for their pets.

Delivery problems appear to be a recurring issue rather than isolated incidents. Customers frequently experience long waiting times with little to no accurate tracking updates, which creates frustration and uncertainty.

Customer service further compounds these problems. Feedback is overwhelmingly negative, with customers describing difficulties in getting responses or resolving delivery-related issues. Complaints often go unanswered or are handled slowly, offering little reassurance or practical solutions.

Great food without all the added nasties. Dogs are looking better than ever since transitioning to their food and treats.
But what makes this company better than any other is their customer service. They go above and beyond. Exceeded every one of my expectations.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Not only is the food top quality and the dedication obvious in terms of serving pets with the best, Skylos also excels at service on a human level. Shout out to Will for the super quick delivery of one of my recent orders. Just fantastic.
I'd recommend anyone to try Skylos for their pets (dog in my case) and experience the service you currently don't get from your high street brand!

Excellent company to deal with as always, I placed an order after 5.30pm Thursday evening and it was on my doorstep Saturday early afternoon, excellent service that many other companies could learn from, quality of the food is excellent my dog absolutely loves it, highly recommended

Met them at the Badminton P2P and loved what they had to say. Called the following Monday and was greeted with the best customer service , made the order and the food was delivered the next day. We are now on our 4th order and would NEVER go anywhere else. Great advise always given and our fussy mali adores all the different flavours. Would highly recommend

This company is just wonderful, it should not have taken me this long to write a review given I have been using them since 2019! My dog Franz has loved Skylos salmon food since he was a puppy. It is great for his sensitive tummy and his coat and while more expensive than some brands the quality is absolutely worth it. The customer service is excellent and really personalised, they will not hesitate to help on the rare occasion there is a problem (which is usually more my fault than their's) and will call up to check everything is OK.

This is by far and away the best dog food I have tried. My working cocker loves it and is full of vitality with a soft and shiny coat. Really quick delivery as well. Highly recommend.

My labradoodle loves Skylos Foods. After being fussy and not bothered with other brands he woofs the Angus Beef flavour every day! His coat is much softer and shiny now too. Great customer service too. Thanks

My dog loves skylos food! First food she actually really likes. I can finally use her food for training around the house which is great! I also love they sell 100% compostable poo bags. Just really helpful to get my whole order in one go and they are super fast at dispatching and delivering which is great as I am always ordering her food when it’s nearly all gone!

I cannot rate this company enough, every order has been brilliant and the driver has always been so helpful; carrying large 15kg bags around to my garages.
I put an order in today at 11am and had it delivered at 2.30pm!!
The food is high quality and my Labradors thrive on it.

We changed to Skylos food last year and our two Rotties just love the luxury lamb, which is great value for money.
Also the customer service is impeccable and delivery of orders is always reliable and prompt.

Honestly, this is such a fantastic company to deal with. Not only does my 3 year old golden retriever absolutely love the food (Roaming Chicken), but the service I receive is second to none. They have always delivered to my door really quickly; I’ve ordered in the past on a Sunday night to take delivery the next morning…but today Skylos surpassed themselves….I ordered the food as usual to receive it only an hour later! Incredible!
Anyway….5 stars from me and my dog every time!

Have been using Skylos for 18 months with our Labrador who used to have a dicky tummy - a lot. Now toilet times are much more enjoyable for everyone. Have recently started our puppy on the food and he has turned from a grazer to a guzzler. They both love this food. The quality is great. The service is amazing! The team are always happy to answer questions and delivery is so fast! Cannot recommend them enough!
