Great customer service

I’ve dealt with Max twice this past year and the service has been first class. Highly efficient as well as courteous and knowledgeable.

They made booking flights easy.
I achieved exactly what I was looking for in regard to all aspects of my trip to Australia.
The price for the Business Class fare was extremely good. Also the staff were excellent and courteous.

Rather than go through the headache of looking myself for flights and prices I was prepared to pay which would have probably involved looking all over the place and taking much time, I entrusted this task to sky club; told them what I wanted with some days flexibility either side. The rep , Christine, came back pretty quickly with a most reasonable flight and in fact costing less than I was able to find in the short time I spent searching, so I was most pleased. So I am in possession of an excellent business class flight to Bogotá for less than i had expected. It is direct which is even better. No stops in Europe or USA. Great! Furthermore Christine responded speedily to one or two subsequent questions I had about the flight. So, in short, a most pleasant and easy experience.

Seth was extremly helpful in getting us the right prices for a month long trip. He kept us updated and answered all our questions. We booked tickets to Japan via Hong Kong through Sky Club – this marked the first time we hadn’t gone direct to the airline (Cathay Pacific) to buy tickets. Our plans were disrupted by Typhoon Ragasa – Hong Kong airport was shut for 36 hours and our return flights were cancelled. As we stood at the customer service desk at HKIA I thought “this is the one time I should have booked with the airline as we need replacement flights from them”
So we stood in the customer service queue for 2 hours and rang Sky Club at the same time.
In the event the airline offered a downgraded ticket over three legs after 6 days and Ian and team at Sky Club somehow managed to get us replacement cabin tickets quicker than the airline. I would like to sincerely thank them for their excellent customer service during a trying time. Pete S UK September 2025

I felt from the start that I was dealing with people who were established business friends. They could not have been more attentive and helpful. They handled every aspect of my required itinerary with ease and reassuring professional conduct.

This is sadly so very rare in these careless times and so very refreshing too.

I would urge anyone reading this to use Skyclub, all the hassle and worry of booking online or direct with an airline is removed. No waiting for hours trying to speak to someone, their phones are answered promptly. If you experience any issues during your journey then be assured you can call them and they will expedite matters.

I really cannot speak too highly about this company and they provided me with a great deal and way cheaper than I could have achieved myself.

I was looked after by Nathan Davani and Ian Williamson two of the most friendly and professional guys one could ever hope to meet.
