Great service - not too pushy but attentive. You speak to the same consultant and get personal service which is rare these days . Of course the price of the flights was very good . So far all comms have been clear and speedy . I will be using again .

Asked to book business class flights to Barbados and was given the new style cabin in BA. Told them that I would prefer to go with Virgin if there was any chance the plane would change to old style rubbish seats.
I was assured that the only way the plane would change was a fault on the day which was very unlikely.
I then booked and within a couple of weeks I went on the BA site and saw that they had changed to old style a reallocated me seats that were unsuitable with no contact to me from anyone. I have spoken to them and they just wipe their hands of it. Will tell you anything to get your money. Very disappointed.
