5* customer service

I visited to get a better understanding of the Sky Glass options. Was dealing with Shazad who gave me a detailed review of options without pushing anything onto me. Reviewed my options and got me a couple of quotes for different packages. Great customer service and made the sign up process very smooth. Advised any issues I can speak to him in the future. Would recommend highly.

Still baffled by science

I have has sky tv since the day it was launched ack in 1988/89 I just know when I went to the old electricity board to order it. He told me you are thr first person to sign up for sky. There have been many a change since then as one can imagine. I have never had anything but the entire package. If it in sky then it’s on my tv I ask in time took my broadband to sky also our mobile phone. I has a query regarding a mobile which nos you get put through to India. I had the worst most rude advisor ever. Was shocked as I always go through to India’s now regarding a movie phone. Normally they are pretty nice. You can tell when someone is training but whatever country they come from my philosophy is everyone as to train and I am very patient person. But the call I made a couple of nights ago. That was not the sky I know. He was rude unhelpful and I am not sure I was given the correct information. I will tell sky why. I asked if the iPhone 12 was compatible for the ESIM no I was told but last year that I phone 12 went on an army so how could he buy them abroad

No customer should ever feel dismissed or unsure about the information they’ve been given. We’re grateful you’ve highlighted this so we can look into it properly.

Regarding the eSIM query for the iPhone 12, we’re sorry you were left confused. The information you received doesn’t sound consistent with what you should expect from us, and we agree that clarity is essential when you’re trying to make decisions about your device.

Customer service very good but they don't seem to understand the price we are paying can't get reduced contract after being with them from the start when they're are better offers for new customers and pensioners they don't seem to offer you them

Ali is a credit to Sky

Ali sorted out my deal. He gave me a deal which was cheaper than anyone else and gave me good honest advise. Couldn’t have gone to anyone better. Ali is a credit to Sky. Would recommend everyone to go see him. Thanks Ali
