I've been booking with Skills for many…
I've been booking with Skills for many years, since my children were little and now my Grandchildren have come along,I still use skills. I now even go abroad with Skills. I highly recommend Skills day trips,theatre breaks and holidays. Skills are also great with solo travellers. Very friendly and helpful office and coach staff. The booking process and making payments is easy. I only deduct one star as not all their coaches provide WiFi or phone charging points which I think is a great coach feature to have. Especially phone charging. Some of the journeys can be quite long distance,and you will need your phone to occupy yourself throughout the journey,so phone charging is important as you will need to keep contact with friends or family and some drivers will give you a contact number incase of getting lost or needing help. So it is important to have battery life.

Good driver
Good driver, Brian.
Got 5 hrs in Whitby but due to driver's hours we did not have a 'proper' comfort break where we could stretch our legs and have a coffee etc. This was very disappointing.

Myself and my auntie started using your…
Myself and my auntie started using your coaches 3 years ago now we have 3 holidays a year with you my auntie is 82 and will not fly l am 63 but l love being with her you have excellent coach drivers it is definitely value for money as you only buy dinner we have just come back from wales that was the best hotel with the best staff and there new manager Michael hotel across from sea front it’s own coffee shop in Llandudno we have come home and have booked again for September we never go to same place twice so I have giving that hotel a special mention

excellent holiday in the Hebrides
excellent holiday in the Hebrides with Andy and Cheryl and the Hebrides guide Elizabeth. Covered the whole Island from Eriskay in the South where Charles Edward Stuart sailed disguised as Flora MacDonalds housemaid to the Butt of Lewis in the far north . Also to the Calanis stones and the Blackhouse museum . Many thanks to Andy and Cheryl for an excellent holiday

Unprofessional Management
They called me twice for interview for National Express, first time it was paperwork and they are supposed to do driving assessment but there instructor was gone home. After 1 week they have done driving assessment which was successful after 1 week of following up with HR and Manager. They emailed me that we didn’t get the contract from National Express. They are very unprofessional people.
