Had a day trip to Black Country Museum…
Had a day trip to Black Country Museum today 3/5/26.
Andy was the driver and Cheryl was helping.
Both were very polite and lovely with a great sense of humour.
Nothing was too much trouble for Cheryl.
I asked her if she could make sure I would wake up at Mount Street if I fell asleep, as I fell asleep on the way there and I’m alone.
Will definitely travel with skills again.

What made my experience not as good as…
What made my experience not as good as it could be was that the map which was displayed where we were only worked about 2/3 of the time. Coming home after the stop the tempreture in the coach went up to oppressive. One lady was using an electric fan to cool herself another was wafted her hand infront of her face. When I asked Nick as I got off if the air conn had broke he said one person said they were cold. So we all had to suffer. I tried to get the vent to open and get fresh air but nothing came in. What I would like to know when I book is where will I be dropped off so I can make plans. What might the journey time be. I have had a reply saying thank you for your wonderful review. Did they read it? I think not.

So far it’s very good the staff are very helpful and polite, we are now waiting to go on holiday with skills as this is our first time on a bus tour, so hopefully will let you know how our holiday goes

Tried to set up an account on line but…
Tried to set up an account on line but couldn't manage it so I rang the shop and got excellent service.
The reason I wanted to open an account is because some trips have a discount for booking online.
System wouldn't let me set up an account as I didn't have a password and it wouldn't let me set one up saying my email was already recognised - well it would be as that is how I normally received my invoice and tickets. Very annoying but I do prefer to speak with someone and keep them in a job, but it is always nice to get a discount now and then, don't you agree otherwise why do you do it?

The bus drivers are always helpful when…
The bus drivers are always helpful when you stay overnight on a two day trip the hotels are always nice food is nice me personally enjoy just sitting there on the bus and relaxing
