Great company, easy to use website, trips are confirmed very quickly and the communication from the company is first class. Drivers are very polite and clearly communicate where they will be. I will definitely use again

Excellent transfers in both directions from Geneva to La Rosiere and return the following week. (7 passengers)
Email communication with the company was clear and helpful and drivers were in touch by phone and SMS.
Vehicles were clean, drivers were courteous and competent and the whole experience was stress-free despite the traffic issues. I can highly recommend Skicab and will use them again without hesitation.

Fantastic ski transfer company! Our flight was delayed 5 hours on our outbound journey and this was no problem. Both journeys we had lovely drivers, great communication, on time and lovely buses (we were a group of 10). Highly recommend and best transfer we’ve used.

I was truly impressed by the quality of service received at skicab.com. I booked transportation for a round trip for a large group of 20 people between Lyon airport and Les Arcs 2000. Pre trip communication was timely and clear. All my questions were answered by email within single hours. Both drivers on the way out and back were friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service from SkiCab. Bertrand was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process. The driver was also very accommodating when our return flight was cancelled and diverted to an alternative airport for us to get home. We can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

A reliable and trustworthy taxi service. I was picked up from Geneva airport en route to French alps and transferred back at the end of our trip

Friendly and on time, did exactly as they promised when booking

Booked a transfer from Geneva to Morzine. Our flight was cancelled due to Storm Eunice and we were offered a flight the next day. Ski.cab could not provide a transfer the next day and so took 100% of the fees despite the extenuating circumstances i.e we could not physically get to Geneva.
In contrast, all other providers Air bnb etc, recognised these extenuating circumstances, beyond our control and refunded us. No care for the customer in very difficult circumstances. Will not use again as have used many transfer companies over the years, all of whom have been more than accommodating.
Bertrand ( owner) was rude in his correspondence with me, stating that he had ' had enough of unfair people like me'.
Our booking was for 9.15pm at night, the driver had definitely not left as I contacted Bertrand by 9am on the morning of the flight. Avoid, there are fair companies, Ski.cab is not one. See the other reviews that are similar to mine.

I have read the response below and I did not cancel the transfer at any time.

Instead of continuing you should better apologize if you want to get your money back.

Couldn't fault this company. Fantastic service would definitely recommend them.
We had a terrible delay due to the airline. They kept in touch with us at all times. Very reassuring and the driver went out of his way to help us.
