Sam came the day after we phoned. He quickly found & fixed the problem. He even waited a few minutes to ensure all was well. We’re so glad he did..he found another leak! Some good soldering skills on show too! Cannot recommend highly enough. We will be using him to update our heating system soon.

We have been using Sam for years and his service is always fantastic, efficient and fair. One of the pipes in the ceiling leaked on bank holiday Monday and Sam had the issue identified and fixed in the hour. Easy to talk to and always makes sure you know exactly what is going on. I was put in touch with SJW Plumbing when I recently had to have my heating system re-piped above ground due to leak under concrete floor. Leak detection coy never found it, but had no choice in the end as pressure dropping twice a day on combi-boiler ! All now working well so a relief it is resolved.

Sam initially came the same day I’d rung him and he did try to source the leak, seemed quite forensic ! He was very helpful with advice/knowledge and cared about the job, costs to me & that I was happy with the end result.
Jack did the re-piping works & was very conscientious, prompt and took care in his work, so I have no hesitation in recommending them. Will now use them to service my boiler (instead of Vaillant, who were not very helpful in the circumstances, bearing in mind I was also on insurance scheme with them, which I’ve now cancelled !!)

SJW plumbing helped us with two separate issues - a broken boiler and reattaching a radiator. Went out of their way to source parts and comprehensively fix all issues. Fast and friendly service, would recommend.

toilet was not flushing properly so called Sam
for help. Replaced the cistern and all works well . Reliable , friendly and honest . Would use again .

March 2021: Sam came to service the boiler and immediately found it to be dangerous and switched it off to prevent a horrible accident. He managed to find time for fitting of a new boiler within a few days to enable me to not be without hot water and heating for long! Sam and Jack did an amazing, efficient installation and testing job in a day and I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing or heating work.

Nov 2020: I called Sam on a Sunday lunchtime to let him know there was a leak through from upstairs bathroom through a downstairs light fitting. Sam came to look at it within a few hours and found the problem almost immediately and repaired the leak. Thank you so much Sam for the efficient effective work!

I have used SJW Plumbing for several years having been recommended to them after being let down by another company. No job, whether great or small, is too much trouble, Sam is always punctual, his prices are very reasonable and his sense of humour makes him a pleasure to have around! He always sends a message after he has finished the work to make sure that everything is ok... I wouldn't use any other company and would certainly recommend to others.
