The Trainer Assessors, Issy Savin and Julie Smith were most welcoming. The methods used to mix and feel comfortable with members of the class were entertaining. I Felt completely relaxed. The amount of detail in first aid was amazing. The instructors worked so hard. I thought they were wonderful.

I recently completed training with St John Ambulance in Harrow, and I can honestly say it was an excellent experience from start to finish.

The trainers, Wendy and Neil, were outstanding. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole session engaging and easy to understand. They created a comfortable learning environment where everyone felt confident to ask questions and take part.

The course was well-structured, with a great balance of practical and theory-based learning. Wendy and Neil explained everything clearly and ensured that everyone fully understood each section before moving on. Their real-life examples and hands-on approach made the training both enjoyable and memorable.

I left feeling confident in my first aid knowledge and skills, which is exactly what you want from this type of training.

I would highly recommend St John Ambulance, especially Wendy and Neil, to anyone looking to complete first aid training. An excellent experience all round.

Fantastic and energetic training.

Trudy was brilliant, no gruesome boring videos, all roleplay fun, putting knowledge into serious practice - really enjoyed it!

I attended the 1 day EFAW course. Both the trainers were amazing, they were really engaging, helpful and answered all our questions. I learnt so much, would highly recommend if are looking to be a first aider in the workplace.

Eddie was a great trainer. His knowledge, dedication and passion for the subject shone through and made it enjoyable.

The course ran for 3 days. The instructors were very good - Jake Ketcher and Andy Taylor.
The topics were well explained and there was both theory and practical exercises to make the course interesting and informative.

Really well paced and thoughtful course - Ellna our instructor was an amazing balance of being knowledgeable and extremely skilled - while also engaging and friendly. There’s a lot of content to get through and holding that space isn’t easy across the three days but she was amazing, and also really showed care and insight into each of our professions, to make sure we were confident in delivering this life saving training for our workplace.

Great course

Great all round experience with Dave and dec they both did very well given it was there first time working together.

Great course - engaging, informative and inspiring - it has equipped me with the knowledge, skills and confidence to be a First Aider in the workplace. I highly recommend St John Ambulance.
