Our experience with Sistar Mortgage, especially as first time home buyers, was excellent. There were some issues with the seller’s side which caused hold ups, and Sistar was helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process. I was hassled unnecessarily in the verification documents. Further, I was promised I would get a $1500 credit by the agent. He did not keep his promise at the end. The rate of interest as well was never revised although it did go down for a while.
