Use an alternative, this company are just money grabbers. I bought shoes costing me £100 with next day delivery, I never got my shoes, never got my money back, ignored on email, scammers

I recently order two pairs of cargo joggers and had them shipped to the United States. They didnt dit. I was hesitant to even do so becauseI wasn't sure how customer service and returns would be. Deborah in sales I believe her name was, was super helpful and very prompt in her replies through email. I was kept up with tracking info updates through them when asked due to them not popping up on my end. The pants themselves are super comfortable and of quality material. I highly recommend and vouch theres no need to worry about ordering in and or out of the United States.

Swim trunks 6 months old and the inner lining started going weird and stringy
it got worse as time went on
no replacement offered it would appear they are not meant to last a year.

Llevo 4 dias intentando devolver un articulo y no puedo, me pone: en estos momentos no ha sido posible realizar la devolucion, pruebe mas tarde, perdon por las molestias.
Pero mientras tanto siguen pasando los 14 dias que hay para devolver, espero que lo arreglen, ya que tampoco me responden por email. Y voy a devolverlo si o si, es su problema

Also ich war zunächst auch echt skeptisch, aber ich wurde wirklich positiv überrascht. Bestellung war innerhalb von 5 Tagen da, ich konnte es super per GPS nachverfolgen und es war alles schön verpackt. Der Schuh an sich auch wirklich gut verarbeitet, kein billiges Plastik etc. Also vielleicht hatte ich auch etwas Glück aber ich kann es wirklich weiterempfehlen, falls man dort etwas schönes gefunden hat.

What can I say, I've been a LOYAL customer of Sinners attire for a good few years now! And I put a couple items in my basket Friday morning n thought I'll just go to the gym for an hour n purchase them when I get out. To find out they'd sold the items in my basket to another customer. They need to learn to look after their LOYAL REPEAT CUSTOMERS!

I have never experienced such poor customer service.

I purchased a hoody and upon receiving it, the metal clip on the pocket immediately fell off. I contacted the company straight away and was told the item was faulty and to return it, with reassurance that this would be a full refund including postage.

After returning the item, I was left waiting for updates despite sending several emails. Eventually, I was told by Martin that this was not a fault but a “feature” — yet he failed to explain how this feature was supposed to work when the clip would not stay attached and simply fell off. There was no apology or courtesy shown at any point.

I questioned why this was not explained in my very first email, as had this been made clear the hoody would never have been returned. This question was completely ignored. I then formally requested that my complaint be escalated to a manager as a matter of urgency — again, ignored.

Several days later I received a refund, short by approximately £8. At this point my patience was gone. Only after I mentioned taking legal action did the missing £8 get refunded almost immediately.

If Martin’s manager is reading this, I strongly advise reviewing the full email thread. His manner, lack of professionalism, and disregard for basic customer care are unacceptable and warrant disciplinary action.

I will never use this company again and feel it’s important to warn others. An extremely disappointing experience from start to finish.

Bought some cargo trousers for my son for christmas. He absolutely loved them but unfortunately they didn't fit (not Sinners Attire fault). Returns process was very easy. Would definitely buy from them again
