Nic from Sinclair, Port Talbot was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and gave me a great deal on a nearly new Polo GTI.
Nic was extremely knowledgeable about the various vehicle menus and how to enable and disable the various features and settings.

What a brilliant garage Sinclair…
What a brilliant garage Sinclair Volkswagen Port Talbot is. I had an issue with a car I bought from them and where I know other garages would have tried to get out of it. Sinclair sorted it straight away and didn’t charge me. Excellent service, excellent aftercare. 5 stars 🌟

Had 3 warning lights come on the, first…
Had 3 warning lights come on the first day in the Showroom, tried to fix it no joy , had to order a part took 6 weeks, cause of back orders, had it replaced, few months later back in again with same problem, can't find out what is wrong, got another problem now that wasn't on the car when it went in, so that has to be sorted as well, very frustrating when you pay over £25k , under warranty but that's not the point, Wish now i hadn't bought it , but lovely car when it's working

Helpful, accommodating, respectful
I've had some pretty abysmal experiences with car salespeople in my life, this was NOT one of them. Kelly is an absolute ray of sunshine, couldn't help us enough. Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, flexible and also very grateful for our custom. 5 stars!

Excellent Customer Service and Great Communication
I received excellent customer service from Nick when buying my new car. He listened to my requirements and we had an honest dialogue which helped make the process much easier. Great communication and Nick kept me informed throughout the whole car purchase process. I particularly appreciated the call after my purchase to check everything was ok.

My new t- roc
I bought a vw golf,about maybe 13/14 month ago, off sinclaires in port talbot, lovely guy called nic Williams, he was absolutely amazing, very helpful, nothing at all was a problem.
So roll the clock forward, I decided to go back and see nic, as I was wanting a change to a suv, and on that note, from ordering a T-Roc in the January 2025, To picking it up in the April.
Nic Williams, and all the staff at vw port talbot (sinclairs) are absolutely fantastic, they are a credit to the industry.

New Car
I visited the showroom to see a car I'd viewed online. The staff were great, really helpful. Not overbearing like some places. Jared talked me through different options and went through all the different features for each. I ended up purchasing a car & I'm more than happy 😊
