Fantastic customer service experience from start to finish!
We test drive upper range models form every possible car manufacturer, but the service and quality of cars from Land Rover was streets ahead of any other vehicle we tried.
We visited Swansea Land Rover and Steve Taylor could not have been more helpful! He spent a considerable amount of time going through every possible option with us and was very patient indeed with all of our questions. We put down a deposit on a car.

After we got home we was still unsure, and continued to look at other specs and the range of options is so large.

We then returned to Swansea again and spent even more time with Lewis who was also had an incredible amount of knowledge on the Brand and options available. After the talks with Steve and Lewis we decided it was worth spending more and getting the exact car and spec we wanted. And that is what we picked up today! The most beautiful brand new car you could imagine! We have had many lovely cars, this by far is the nicest! You certainly get what you pay for!

There was a slight delay due to the recent hack that took place, but Steve kept is fully updated throughout and was upfront and honest with all the delays etc that we experienced. Exactly what we needed! Perfect!

And on the collection day today, Steve again took a considerable amount of time to ensure a full understand of all the car features including the app! We could not ask for more! First class service! Could not ask for more! Thank you!

Delighted to get my new Evoque D200 Edition on 4th September considering the JLR Cyber Attack on the 1st. Kept fully informed each day by Paul Wright and grateful to everyone for pulling out all the stops. Ben was so welcoming when we arrived to drop off the car and when we went to pick it up he met us by the door and welcomed us again and went to get the car straight away not like other garages make you sit down and wait a while before you can get your keys back.

Dropping the car was easy, as was collecting. Video to update of how the car was looking was good.

I had an excellent experience at Land Rover and was really impressed with how professional and well-organised everything was from start to finish. Scott, who looked after me, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, approachable, and always took the time to answer any questions I had. My partner and I were looking to upgrade our car so went around multiple car dealerships and garages looking for the right car for us.
We came to Jaguar Land Rover Sinclair Swansea and were very kindly greeted by Scott.
He was incredibly helpful and so patient with us, offering us test drives of different models/ sizes, allowing us a full feel for all of our options. We were made to feel like nothing was ever too big of an ask!
We had so many questions and thoughts and Scott was incredibly thorough in explaining and discussing with us all of our options.
We got to sit down with the staff on multiple occasions and have a full detailed plan of options and figures with absolutely no pressure put onto us.
We also part exchanged our different make vehicles with JLR and they were incredibly helpful & generous with doing so.

The comparison of the service we had in JLR to other car garages has been next to none- we were made to feel like such valued clients every time we contacted/ visited the store.
Scott especially being exceptionally helpful, professional and kind. We feel we really couldn’t have had a better sale advisor & thank scott hugely in getting our dream car to be our reality- so easily!

The staff in JLR also couldn’t offer us enough beverages & biscuits, we can’t actually recall how many drinks we had there- Phoebe makes an incredible Latte, and her service was also 10/10.
Overall our experience with Swansea JLR has been absolutely exceptional and we will be/ have been recommending to family and friends.

We picked up our new Evoque yesterday. The Sinclair salesman Richard Howells made the whole experience of buying a new car very smooth by explaining everything to us. He also gave us great advice on how to get the best return for our existing car. We've been properly looked after by Richard and won't hesitate to buy our future vehicles from him.
