It's been said before but "Simply the Best"
We have used Sinclair's in Aberystwyth since the garage was known as Cambrian Motors. In that time we have purchased 6 motors, 5 i10's and now the new Inster 02 EV.
The staff have always been exceptional but today the service went above and beyond what ever could be expected. Sue who was in the reception area noticed that my wife was a little anxious about driving an EV so she offered her services and accompanied my wife taking her to a quiet area to get used to the car. The result was that we bought the car.
Ellie, whom we have dealt with before, arranged the sale in super quick and efficient time. All of the details logged and sorted including how Sinclair's could arrange the installation of a charging point.
I cannot thank you enough for your time and effort. The visit was very pleasant from beginning to end. Oh! and the strawberry's were good too.

Very highly recommended. From my first contact with Sinclairs enquiring about the Kona, right through to subsequent purchase and delivery everything went ahead as discussed and agreed. Ellie could not of been more helpful and reassuring especially as I was purchasing the car from a distance away and had not seen the car in person. Harry delivered the car as arranged and was delightful. Thank you Ellie & Harry for providing such an excellent service. I'm very happy with my Kona.

From stepping through the entrance at Sinclair Aberystwyth, Sue, Poppy and Sarah all made us feel welcome and kept us informed. The service and customer care were excellent and really made our trip there worthwhile. The car service (Hyundai Ioniq 5) was smooth and timely. They were also able to advise on a troublesome boot catch.
