Brilliant Service
The salesperson (Martin Parsons) was very helpful from the initial point of contact to the collection of the vehicle purchased. Audi also kept us informed of every step of the journey, from placing the order, the production of the vehicle and to the availability of the vehicle. The process was well structured and extremely professional.

An experience of two halves!
This is certainly an experience of two halves!
The car took way longer to arrive than we were advised and there were many things that needed sorting which should have been done before we collected it. The car had to go back to get these resolved. The worst part of this process was the lack of communication throughout. Secondly was the valeting service - pet fur throughout, even when it was re-done!
The positive parts were we got there in the end and we now have a lovely car. We were given a nice courtesy car on both occasions and the salesperson was very nice (when they eventually returned the call)!!

Vw Bridgend Parts Dept
Bought car mats and a boot liner for my Tiguan on 9th June 2024 from Liam and Cameron. When I arrived home to fit them, I discovered that the front mats fitted correctly, but rear mats were the wrong item - too big. The boot liner only fitted the top position of the boot. After an internet search for part numbers, I discovered that i had been given Tiguan “All space” rear mats and vw supply a dedicated boot liner for flexi floor not just the basic liner . Tried ringing the parts dept several times on Wednesday - nobody was answering the phone. Rang a few times on Thursday and eventually Cameron answered. Explained the situation and quoted the correct part numbers to him. He confirmed that they were not in stock but he would order them in for me and arrange to replace the mis sold items. I explained that i would be able to pick them on 16th July 2024. He confirmed that would be fine. Called to parts dept on 16th as advised at 1:00 pm - the dept was closed. After enquiring with a very polite young lad washing a car it was apparent that the dept was closed for lunch. Honestly…. I thought we had left the 1970s..!! After a half hour or so wait outside with another customer, the shop opened. I reiterated the story to Liam who knew nothing about the order. He checked stock and explained that he would have to order the mats and boot liner in! I was flabbergasted and annoyed and asked for refund. Such a complete waste of my time and fuel and no apology either.. Anyway, managed to order the correct parts online from Vw Cox for the same price delivered to my door. What’s going on Sinclair’s??? SA1 site does not even have a parts room - you have to ask at reception for a part! To top it all, there is no online parts shop either, unlike other large uk vw dealerships. VW Garngoch was great back in the day. Good parts offers and staff who knew their parts. Its not a good state of affairs really, is it? What is the point in trying to support your local dealer when they just waste your time and cost you money.

Smooth operation
Smooth operation. Friendly staff. Made a simple diagnostic check a pleasant experience.
Plus a free car wash. I thought it was great to have the offer to wash the exterior but before I exited my car when I arrived home, I realised they did the interior too.

Very helpful and staff were amazing
The viewing room was very clean and tidy and the cars were easily visible. Andrew came over to ask if I needed help with anything. He was very helpful as I had set in my mind the car I wanted. He showed me different versions and did not push or try to get me to buy the car it was all on my terms. He was brilliant in getting back to me via email and was lovely and totally helpful. He was brilliant.
The car looks absolutely stunning and I cannot fault Audi enough.

half a day for an oil change on a timed job
Took one of our company vehicles an audi sq7 in for an oil change. When booked it in for a timed appointment to wait for the vehicle, was told it was a fast turnaround and could wait for it, nearly 4 hours later the vehicle was ready. The attitude by the service manager was terrible and most of the staff were ignorant, with the exception of the receptionist. When paying an already ridiculous amount of money for an oil change, the least I would expect is not to waste half a day of my life waiting for a 20 minute job to be done. If customer care is important to you, avoid sinclair bridgend audi
