The villa we booked was exactly as described with no unpleasant or unfortunate surprises.

This is our second visit to the cottage and it is an absolutely gorgeous place. It has everything you could possibly need and it is also dog friendly. The cottage is situated in a beautiful setting and is really warm and cozy with a log burner. There is an enclosed garden for your dog with a beautiful view.
Malcolm & Denise are really lovely hosts and very accommodating, nothing is to much trouble for them. We are looking to book again for next year as we love it so much.
We highly recommend this cottage and can assure you would not be disappointed.

After denying the access of an abusive guest who didn't accept the rules and times in advance, they removed a property adverted from 3 years without any problem and paid for 2026. So, we recommend to owners not to publish any advert.It is uncertain that they do not interfere in payments between and guest.Totally unprofessional. Not updated. The guest asked to cancell so he did not wants accept new Spanish rules and fill in information obliged to give, he lied constantly in Ses Hospedajes platfloms.No guest may stay without providing accurate information about the booking directly to Ses Hospedajes themselves (owners cannot do this). This platform,simply owners does not accomplish with 2025 Spanish Laws.So, as it is shown in his reply he has interfered againts owner,It was asked to refund the money for removing so he had interfered and he denies.The guest received your deposit refunded as per the conditions. You were totally wrong and totally unprofesional and parcial, not respecting Spanish Rules.It is curious that Simplyowner is asking to refund a non-refundable booking because the guest refuses to provide their real details on Ses Hospedajes and wants to cancel, but Simplyowner does not want to refund for the months that are not published. The only one who has not been transparent is the person from Simplyowner. Fortunately, other platforms do respect Spanish laws and Spanish owners, and most of our English guests are polite, respectful and loyal. We recommend other platforms to owners.

The description of the property matched the reality. Common sense was assumed without lists of 'don't do this' etc. The site was easy to use and it was clear that the property owners' 'voice' came through clearly, not a piece of AI-generated text, as on other sites.

Well what a wholly deflating episode alround. Being quoted £1400 for a week albeit “estimated” for a property only to be then told it was £4541.05 by the booking website astounded me. Well over 3 times more in pricing. Along with the time wasted , I can only go with the experience I’ve had off the website and I am giving warning to tread carefully and be prepared for disappointment as a result.

We found Simply Owners a great way to look for a holiday. Safe and secure online booking and direct contact with the owners of the villa. We found the most beautiful Villa and the whole experience of booking was easy to navigate and was great to actually speak with the owners that gave us peace of m8nd. Would highly recommend this company.

Their customer service is excellent. The phone is answered in a very short time and any enquiries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Plus their contact telephone number is on their website so can be contacted immediately unlike other competitors.

We stayed Villa Calderia Lagos, reference number 165499. Lovely villa plenty of room for the 5 of us . Lagos 10 minutes away. Easy to get too from Faro. There was a local restaurant and cafe which was walkable . Would recommend
