Simplyloft Anmeldelser

We have just completed a loft conversion and are preparing to start a kitchen extension. We are not hesitating to use Simply again. We chose Simply because they were competitive, had good reviews and had a good team who gave us confidence. We have found Simply Loft to be experienced, professional and responsive. Lorraine in the customer service team is trustworthy and helpful and guided us through the construction process. Simply is a big company with lots of projects going on but there is still a feeling of care and attention for individual projects and families which we appreciate. The dashboard project management system is a helpful tool to provide clarity for the customer and contractor.

Simply were excellent. The lady who came to measure – Sam – was well-informed about what was possible and practical, and always responded quickly to questions.

The price was reasonable (in the middle of 3 quotes we received: not worrying cheap or needlessly expensive!)

The build went really well. Our project manager Ben managed all the sub-contractors seamlessly (and there are so many: scaffolding, plumbing, electrics, etc). And he always responded quickly and dealt with any issues as they arose.

Most of all, his team were a pleasure to have in our home: they were diligent, respectful, relaxed and always cleaned up. Building work is always a bit disruptive and lasts a few months, so this is really important. We're very happy and would recommend their work.

The team managed our project through from conception to delivery and we were throughly impressed with their work throughout going above and beyond to help manage all aspects of the build.

The team managed the project on all fronts enabling us to leave them to the delivery as we moved out of the house. They communicated effectively with us and received polite feedback from the neighbours on managing and minimising disruption.

We are really pleased the build of our loft conversion and would recommend the team. As non-trades individual I felt confident for them to manage all aspects of our project and I thank them for their work.

We are so glad we chose Simply for our loft conversion. The whole process was very easy and straight forward. We told them from the start we were expecting a baby in August and they made every effort to meet our deadline and we completed with a few weeks left to spare before our due date! Our builder, Sammi and his team were excellent! They were such hard workers and always were quick to respond to our questions and requests. We absolutely love our new loft and can’t thank Sammi and Simply enough!

We are very happy with the overall project management and support we received throughout our loft conversion. The team were very professional, they have been very responsive to our build and design queries. We are impressed by the quality of the finishing. They have also provided personalised support and have dealt with our queries in a timely manner.

The Simply team have just completed a loft conversion in our home and we are so pleased with the finished result. The work has been finished to a very high standard and the attention to detail is excellent!
Everyone involved in the process, from initial consultation all the way through to the end of the build have been, not only professional, but also very attentive, and easy to work with. Im particularly pleased with the complete transparency in terms of payment, timelines and any snags that arose. The customer helpdesk have always been prompt in answering any queries I have had and have been extremely useful in making sure progress is going as it should.
I would highly recommend Simply to anyone who is thinking of getting any work done. They rightly deserve this 5 star review!

We had a fantastic experience using Simply Loft. After sourcing 5 quotes we felt that Simply offered the best mix of price, service and communication. We weren't let down!

The portal and customer service team ensured we were always clear on where we were at and what to expect. The Building Team did a brilliant job and we've had a lot of comments on the excellent work they've done.

I would highly recommend Simply Loft and their Teams as the end to end process was smooth and the build quality is excellent

We are so grateful to the team at Simplyloft to help us navigate our recent loft extension. Holly checked in with us throughout the project and made us feel very looked after.

Luan and Gavin our project managers have orchestrated the work on our property and we are delighted. They and their staff are skilful, knowledgable and have been very polite and tidy throughout the project. We are really delighted with the finished loft space that we now have.

Thank you!

Our experience with Simply and project manager Bledar was excellent. Simply were communicative and efficient throughout the whole process and we are delighted with the result.

Really impressed with Simply Loft after our loft conversion which started in Dec 2021. We got three quotes and Simply was the joint lowest – and the other builder didn't include architect drawings, so it was a no-brainer. Seamless process and a very transparent and easy-to-follow costing, quote and payment process that meant we were never in the dark about what was happening, or hit by any surprise costs. Also want to shout out Armando Metaj, the contractor, who was excellent. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Simply was very helpful with managing my project. They talk you through the process and then put you in touch with the architect and builder, and chase them up if needed. Greg and his team of builders were very straight forward and helpful. They were always happy to advise when I wasn't sure and always honest with timescales and any minor hi-cups that came along. Finished loft conversion was excellent

Prior to our loft conversion we looked at multiple companies and received several quotes.
There was a lot of range with the quotes but simply came out very competitively. They also provided an itemised quote which helped.
These factors meant that ultimately we decided to proceed with Simply Loft.
Duncan was project manager and Adam and his team were onsite.
Adam was happy to discuss any issues with us and also provided helpful advice on minor adjustments as the project proceeded. The rest of the team including Luke, Jordan, Steff, Calvin and Joe were professional and approachable.
The loft conversion is now complete and we are settled into our new en suite bedroom enjoying the view.
I would recommend Simply Loft and their team of sub contractors as we found the entire process went smoothly

Simplyloft recently helped us through the process of our loft extension. They were always on hand to help with any issues that occurred and clearly set out staged payment plans which helped us keep an eye on finance. Lorraine, especially, was very helpful and always there to see the project ran smoothly.

We feel Simply Loft & Marius and his team did a fantastic job on our loft conversion.

A thorough quote with a full breakdown was provided making it clear what was included/excluded in the price.

Marius and his team progressed the project quickly and kept us informed via a Whatsapp group.

The Simply Loft dashboard was helpful in keeping track of payments and managing variations in the project.

They were also quick to pick-up up any snagging issues after construction.

We love our new loft and are really pleased with how it looks!

We used Simply Loft for a loft conversion in November 2021, with Eddie Zogaj as the project manager.
They were absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. From the moment we were getting the quote to the completion of the project we were clear on what to expect and what would happen.
The work itself was done to a very high standard, the project ran on time with our daughter sleeping in one of the new rooms we had built exactly 10 weeks after the start of the project.
The people working on the project were all very friendly, polite, hard working and considerate.
We are absolutely thrilled with the work and would recommend this company to anyone.
Thank you!

I had simply loft carry out a loft conversion which included the planning and design and the physical job this was started in Oct 2020 and completed at the beginning of 2021, I was apprehensive because a previous builder who did a ground floor extension for us gave us a bad experience. What a contrast! From the beginning to the end the simply loft team were professional and friendly, there was a real pride and responsibility in the work thy carried out.we have been overjoyed with the loft conversion, I was really pleased with the cost of the project, and if I have any further work to be carried out on my house I will definitely be asking Simply loft to do it.

We are really happy with the level of service and quality of build of our loft conversion provided by Simply Loft & Marius and his team.

We had three quotes for the work to be undertaken and Simply Loft's was by far the most clear and detailed. This left us in no doubt was to what was included or excluded in the price.

Marius and his team wasted no time in getting the building works started and were great at keeping us up to date on progress and keeping us informed via a Whatsapp group.

The Simply Loft dashboard was also a really good way in keeping track of payments and managing variations in the project.

We are looking at doing a conversion in the next few years and we would have no hesitation in using the team again.

Highly recommend Simply Loft - we used them for a loft renovation and had them renovate our first floor of our victorian house. The job was complex as the house is old but the team cracked on and completed it at pace. The craftsmanship was of a high quality and they were a very friendly team - who worked long hrs and completed the job with no real issues.

Simply Loft did a great job planning my project and communicating with me at every stage of the process from design and planning, to execution and post completion. My PM David and the build team did a great job onsite and the quality of the work was very good, they worked efficiently and ahead of schedule and I found them easy to work with.

I would recommend Simply Loft to others and would use them again on another project. We are very happy with our completed loft conversion and new space in our home.

We used Simply to provide the architect plans, liaise with council planning control, produce structural engineer drawings and then build, fit and decorate a rear dormer loft conversion for us. The process went smoothly from start to finish and Simply and their teams have provided us with a lovely loft conversion containing an additional bedroom with en-suite and a small study. Simply's team, as led by Project Manager Mindis, worked very quickly and efficiently to get the extension built. Each of the trades were very courteous and tidy. The build was completed ahead of schedule. We are very happy with the extra space that the loft conversion has brought us. Mindis was always available to talk through any question and the Simply Dashboard made it easy to keep track of instalments and the progress of the project.
