I had a great experience with Simply Eco Ltd overall. The process was smooth and straightforward, with good communication throughout.

The person who carried out the loft insulation was excellent and did a great job. The person who installed the combi boiler was outstanding—very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

However, I was disappointed with the electrician assigned to install the extractor fans. He did not seem very professional and appeared to be rushing, as he mentioned that he had other jobs that needed to be done. Unfortunately, he only installed 1 of the 3 extractor fans and left the area quite messy afterwards. I feel this part of the service could have been handled much better.

Overall, I’m happy with the work completed and would recommend Simply Eco Ltd, but I hope they can improve the quality, organisation, and professionalism of the electrical work.

Everyone involved from office staff to Installers has been great.
Great bunch of lads fitted the heating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I had a combi boiler fitted. My installer was very professional. He took out my old boiler and fitted a new one. Showed me how to use it and cleaned up after him. Very pleased with the result

After the initial phone call eco looked into my case and helped me out in every step .Very informative and helpful. After the initial assessment it didn't take long from start to finish and when the engineer came out he didn't stop ,very professional and helpful. Thank you

Fantastic company from start to end. We recently moved into a new house and quickly learned that we needed a new boiler. I did some research online and due to a health condition (but working full time) believed I was eligible for a boiler grant. I applied to Simply Eco and another company, the other company said i wasn't eligible but Simply Eco confirmed I was. They contacted me right away, explained the process and how they operated and arranged straight away for a surveyor to come round and assess the property. They made an application to the Council who granted the funding for a new boiler and Simply Eco also installed roof installation, extractor fans and window vents along with the boiler for free. Honestly couldn’t believe it; for someone that’s always worked full time things like this don't usually happen! We’ve had multiple traders come in and graft very hard, took everything away with them and were very friendly and knowledgable. Honestly very impressed and can’t believe I stumbled across this company, would rate them to anybody!!

We had a good experience with Simply eco. They were helpful,efficient and did a good job .

Left an 82 year old without a working shower after boiler install. They think its acceptable to leave a pensioner with no way of cleaning. Were advised that the shower could break after install but not told that they would not be connecting the shower to a water supply at all so it will definitely not work. Please avoid.

Applied for the Eco4 grant in July and by end of 21st August all work completed. I highly recommend simply eco as communication and updates on time. The workmen turned upon time to complete and made no mess and cleared up after completing the work.

My mother in law had this company at her house to replace her boiler and redo her loft insulation.

The communications with Simply Eco were exemplary, the company and the engineers kept me informed of each step along the way. They were friendly, curtious and cleaned up after themselves.
Absolutely no complaints (though I've not yet tested the central heating, we're in the middle of a heat wave at the moment !).
On the two occasions when the engineers were unable to attend (not their fault - they got stuck on the motorway), they re-scheduled for next day and did the job then.

As l have said before l am delighted and impressed with this company. Feel very lucky to have benefited from this . The guys were great really polite and we couldn't have wished for anything better.
