From start to finish I had Jenny taking care of myself and our family with the utmost respect, dignity and above all kindness and empathy. Our brothers ashes were delivered with kindness also.
We were kept informed of our brothers journey through the universe to join our mum and dad.

I would recommend their service to anybody.

I was not looking forward to arranging my own cremation however Jason the gentleman I spoke to was so nice and kind that instead of crying I came off the phone feeling uplifted and so glad that everything was all arranged.I would recommend this service to anyone it was just so easy

Absolutely wonderful service from the first phone call to when my beloved husband was returned to me. I would highly recommend Simplicity. It was Lucas who dealt with my queries and he was very polite, professional and was able to explain to me what a plan entailed. He was knowledgeable and didn't rush me into anything. He gave me time to consider all my options and when I decided to go ahead with my plan, he assisted me. I can't think of anything he could have done better. Thank you very much.
