I say this for the experience with them in 3 years. The quality of the product is very good and the customer service but I don’t like is when I order something on line and they don’t send those pieces to me. I do bcz appear are in stock but I can’t understand why they don’t send me those pieces.

The best Silver line
We have purchased Silver from Silver Palace since 2010.They have a very large assortment of silver earrings, pendants, bracelets, rings, chains, hip hop of all different types and sizes. They are always very nice and helpful. The prices are competitive, terms are available on approved credit. Their deliveries are super fast. We purchase about twice every month. If our orders are small they ship the same day. If they are large, about US$ 8,000 or larger they ship the next business day. Their main strengths are the quality of the products (in over 10 years of business we didn't have to send anything back) and the extremely variety of the products and options.
Recently, they introduced a 14kt gold earring line and add new items all the time. Hopefully they'll get into gold pendants, sets, rings, chains, etc...
If you buy Silver, I strongly recommend Silver Palace, a very reliable company.

I like everything about this establishment, friendly employees and awesome & honest prices.
I like them so much that I flew to LA to check them out in person; they have just about 925 silver products under the sun.

Definitely Recommended
I have ordered about 3 or 4 times and have not had any issues. I occasionally don't get some orders due to no stock even when the website said it was in stock but I am not charged for it so it is not a big issue. I hope for variety options to expand but there is a good variety of options as is. I will continue to order from Silver Palace and would definitely recommend them.
