First time!
First time doing pins for our Little League. The company was great to work with even when I had a slight change to a design they had sent me. Knowing I ordered during a very busy season they did great getting them to us! They also look AMAZING!!!!

Late Shipping…Huge disappointment
While everything leading up to our receiving of the pins was great, I will never use signature pins again. We were promised a date and the pins arrived a week later, well into our Nationals tournament. The girls missed a vital part of their tournament and our team was out $1300 and now we are left with 400 pins. There was no refund, just a discount for future use offered. We were told we could change shipping address and reroute. We attempted they wouldn’t overnight so we wouldn’t have received the pins at nationals until we were done playing. Highly disappointed with this company.
