They dont pay there bills and knowly fob you off and run up a debt. Excuses are they are a american and cant pay out of state invoices... Maybe just say that at the start. We are out by thousands now.

BUYER BEWARE! Terrible experience, ordered a chandelier in October 2025. I have not received it, the said multiple times they were refunding me the money and never did which meant I was over 120 days so I have now lost £1300. They do not care and I would not believe any of the “good” reviews. I absolutely believe the are scammers

We have had the adjustable bed aboutc3 weeks. Im 170#, she's 105#. We are noticing the metal frame is starting to rub up against metal on metal. . Would like some feedback to stop this. They say they are sending a new frame so we will see soon.

Do not buy from this company! Waited 6 months for 2 side tables - the tracking link did not change during this time. My emails went unanswered and eventually came back ‘undeliverable’, at which point I contacted my credit card company. Avoid at all costs.

Dont buy from this company; I have waited 6 months for a sofa to be delivered only to be informed after months of very poor communication they cant deliver, they can not refund and I should contact my bank. Terrible.

Do not buy from this Company. I paid £4.2k for the Winter bed in April 2025. After waiting 4 1/2 months for delivery the bed arrived in the wrong colour. I notified the company immediately and Lewis arranged for the couriers to collect the bed and instructed a priority order of the bed in the correct colour. Lewis confirmed on 30th October 2025 that the production of my be was almost complete and it would be delivered w/c 15th Dec …in time for our Xmas guests. I am still waiting for the bed! The phone number I had for Lewis is now unobtainable and emails bounce when using the email on the bottom or of their website. I had one response from the email I was using for Lewis from somebody called Dyn, just sending the tracking link for the first bed delivery (the incorrect bed)! The tracking was from China!! I have emailed requesting that they return my money if they can’t supply the bed. Now there is no response from emails. I have now been waiting almost 9 months for this bed and the company have had my money from day one. This was a once in a lifetime very special purchase for my new house, money that I can’t afford to lose. It has unfortunately put a huge black mark on an exciting purchase. Please don’t get caught by this company.

Scam company. Ordered two light pendants in Sept and still no product. No one replies to emails. Emails are now bouncing back. Totally convinced this is a scam company. Web site looks incredible but don’t be fooled. No telephone number and officer looks like a serviced office in Covent Garden.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is honestly the worst service I have experienced buying furniture from this lot. Spent nearly 20 thousand pounds and can’t even reach anyone at. I would advise go elsewhere.

Quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery. After 4 months of no delivery and broken promised dates, I asked for a refund, and they then stopped responding to my emails. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use this company at any costs. I ordered a light fitting the tracking says it has been delivered to somewhere in the UK, not sure where. I have messaged lots of times to the company and not had a reply. AVOID at all costs.

I ordered an expensive table, intended as an investment piece, from what was advertised as a UK-based company, only to discover that it was actually made in China. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the images shown online — the materials were cheap, the colour was completely different, and the overall quality felt like a poor imitation of the advertised design.

The product listing is highly misleading, and the real item does not match the images. When I contacted customer service immediately to request a return and refund, I was told it wasn’t possible because the item was bespoke, having been made to order, even though I had simply chosen from preset options on their website. They also claimed that such discrepancies were normal variations, but the online misrepresentation is unreasonable and violates UK consumer law.

After paying a significant amount and waiting months, I received a substandard product that I will not use. Very disappointing experience, and I will be taking further action. They clearly know what they are doing in misleading and scamming customers through their manipulated imagery and all the fine print on their website. I very much warn against ordering from this company.

The lamp is stylish and fits perfectly with my décor. Shipping was incredibly fast, which was a bonus. That said, the color is a bit off-it's more muted than the bright red shown online. Additionally, it feels more mass-produced than handcrafted. Despite these small drawbacks, it's a unique piece that adds charm to the room, so I'd still recommend it

I’ve ordered a custom sofa mega expensive and received some cheap copy from China that has nothing to do with what they promote on website or instagram. The quality is so bad i think is no more than 500£ and they sell this sofa as ‘luxury furniture’ for 6k £. I will now be taking legal actions against them!

Purchased good was meant to be 3-4 weeks: took 3+ months to arrive from China (I thought they were UK produced products) . Arrived in a crate and needed assembling. Was not told this. Siena Home sent someone to assembly after I asked for refund. They could not do it and a further subcontracter found the good was damaged and parts missing. Now in dispute to try to get a refund - which I now need to escalate as no response.
