Love our new door and the guy who fitted it did a great job.Good company to deal with.

Great quality door at competitive price, installed on plan and time by very professional installer whose attention to detail was first class.
New door shouts quality from the street.
Highly recommend Sidey based on this experience..

From start to finish all went so well They keep in touch with you throughout the wait to have in my case the door fitted The fitter made a first class job of fitting but he also pointed out their was a small mark on door which he noted Within days they had the door fixed as good as it should be when new I was very happy and Sidey is certainly a company I would recommend.

Both Michael and Chris arrived on time, very polite and courteous. Covered all the rooms with dust sheets and worked hard all day. Did an excellent job and cleaned up before they left.
It was a pleasure to have two very likeable workmen in my house and would recommend them to anyone.

Professional staff at all levels. Efficient from initial contact to total completion. Courteous, polite and timeous with before and after installation communication and consideration.

The joiner arrived on time excellent job was done good clean tidy worker . Very pleased with door

Overall experience was brilliant from estimate to installing,I have used sidey before so I knew the finish would be perfect.scott and Ben installed my new window are were first class ,

This is the second time we have used Sidey. Both occasions the service and quality were excellent. This time we had a replacement front door and patio doors. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Ordering was fairly smooth, but little or no follow up calls or information from sales rep. Communication was poor and could be much better.

Installation was slick, but a bit rushed at the end, requiring a second visit to complete and correct minor defects.

Absolutely no follow up contact, enquiring about satisfaction of item or work. I was left feeling that I was doing Sidey a favour giving them the work. Also, the sales rep. was aware that I required other work, but no enquiry was ever made.

From start to finish the entire process was professional and efficient.
Nico was excellent when he came to quote, made us feel comfortable and kept us very well informed.
The survey was completed by Campbell and again professional, courteous and clean.
Installation was completed over 9 days by 3 fitters ( Trev and his boys)
Friendly, helpful, respectful and extremely hard working along with a cheery disposition made this experience so simple and stress free.
The property was left as clean as they found it at the end of every night leaving us nothing to do😂
Thank you guys👍
All through the job we were kept informed with dates and work scope by the Contracts manager Lee, and again thanks for everything Lee.
The finishing off of the windows externals were all completed within 6 weeks after installation, and as we only had 2 snagging items, these were all dealt with rapidly.
In my opinion after the experience we had with Sidey I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future as they did exactly what they said they would and left us with a superb looking replacement windows and doors.
Property was replacing 23 wood frame windows along with patio doors, front door and side panels, internal security door and outdoor cladding on 4 sections. All in a C Listed building

Good communication, professional, (from office staff to fitters) and good price. Will recommend

Installation smooth and efficient. Product ideal.

We had an unexpected incident that turned out to be nothing to do with Sidey, but nevertheless you attended and assured us that all was safe.

The two fitters who came were excellent and worked very quickly to complete the job. Also quotation and confirmation process was very efficient.

I have already done and submitted a very favourable report

The came up from Fife which is a 2 hour drive. Proceeded to put their music on outside my property and yes it was loud. As for swearing…..it’s not professional at all. One frame has 2 screws holding it up resulting in holes in the walls. Total bodge job. There was no consideration especially when the old windows were taken out, the ground floor of our house has bits of plaster and is covered in dust, apparently they had a hoover but didn’t use it. There was a lot of shouting (music on too loud) was told a plasterer would come up to make good……. Our lovely house has been turned into a nightmare

Workmen came on time ,worked very hard and did an excellent job. Can't praise them enough.

Explaining how the operation would work beforehand. Keeping to time allowed for work, clearing up afterwards. Very friendly group of workers who obviously enjoyed working for Sidey.

Very good! Very pricey !

Happy with replacement door, slight problem with piece of trim but this was rectified immediately

Competent tradesmen and good quality of work
