Excellent Support from Shred-it
We recently contacted Shred-it Customer Service after our last two collections were delayed. The team apologised for the miscommunication, provided us with an updated collection schedule, and officially apologised while also offering a complimentary service to compensate for the inconvenience.
We were really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they resolved the issue. Thank you for your excellent assistance — we really appreciate it!

Excellent service.
The on-site shredding operation was delivered within the four hour time scale agreed. The driver advised when he was on his way and, on arrival, dealt with the operation in a totally professional and helpful way.
