I paid for a subscription that would not allow me to use, when emailing them to get answers, it took forever to get back to me, still haven’t received my refund from them. Emailed back asking where it is and still no response. They are quick at taking your money but no quick at responding or giving money back.

This company has been an absolute scam in my experience. I only purchased a one time subscription, yet they continued charging my card repeatedly. I cancelled the subscription, contacted them by email asking for a refund, and told them to immediately stop taking money from my account.

Instead of resolving the issue, they sent me a suspicious link asking for the details of my new card. Because they refused to stop charging me, I was forced to cancel and replace my entire bank card just to stop the payments. No legitimate company should put a customer in that position.

They have taken a significant amount of my money and provided absolutely no real support or solution. This behavior is extremely dishonest and concerning. I strongly warn others to stay far away from this service unless you want to risk being repeatedly charged and forced to go through the hassle of replacing your bank card to stop them.

They do not provide correct instructions for canceling subscription. I had to contest the charges through my bank

Ich habe ein Wochenabo abgeschlossen, weil in der App stand, dass man es jederzeit kündigen kann. Als ich es beenden wollte, wurde das Abo jedoch nirgends angezeigt und eine Kündigung war weder über die App noch über die Website möglich.
Die Abbuchungen liefen als einzelne Kartenzahlungen und waren nicht als Abo gekennzeichnet. Um weitere Abbuchungen zu verhindern, musste ich meine Karte sperren und eine neue beantragen.
Da viele Nutzer offenbar ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben, habe ich den Vorfall auch bei der Verbraucherzentrale gemeldet.

This App is a scam, on iPhone there is no possible way to cancel their subscription. The app does not show up in the subscription section of your settings and when the customer service was emailed no one ever replied. The solution is to cancel your card and get a new one based on fraud charges, otherwise they will continue to charge your card.

Truffatori... l'abbonamento non risulta nel google playstore e dal 18 gennaio sono già 2 rinnovi da 15 euro l'uno. Ho scritto all'assistenza per per email richiedendo rimborso e annullamento abbonamento ma non mi hanno neanche risposto!

Fraudulent company, just take and take money, subscribed, cancelled within 24jrs, have charged me another 4 times, I have been on with my credit card company, who cancelled the subscription then they ressubscribed me even after I deleted my account, they do not answer their customer service emails and continue to charge you for no service whatsoever. FRAUDSTERS, THEIVES AND AWFUL COMPANY.

I have been emaling them atleast once every week for a month no to cancel my subscription. Every single time i get an automated respons telling me they will get back to me in 1-2 days. Never got a response. Even when "Answering" in the already established thread, I get the same message back again and again. But never an answer to the problem. One day I even got charged twice!!!! Extremely frustrating when I actually used to like the app because I could easily unsubscribe through the play app, but suddenly it was going through wallet.

This service is a subscription trap.

I signed up for a free trial on ShortMax (shortmax.app / shorttv.live), then canceled the subscription. Despite the cancellation, they continued charging my debit card every month.

There is no clear or effective way to stop the billing, and customer support does not resolve the issue. This is unauthorized recurring billing and deceptive business practice.

Avoid this service. I had to contact my bank to block them and start a chargeback.
