SCAM Jewelry costs 60-200 dollars and all turned my skin green and caused a rash. Cheap from China and fake - you can buy real silver and gold plated handmade jewelry for way less money and it won’t dye your skin or cause you to have allergic reactions.

Tarnished gold necklace within 6 months, the earrings I got one of them did not clasp right, the mason dagger I bought had one of the stones fall out the first 2 weeks I had it.

I told HRH about it and she wanted ME to send it back and pay for the return shipping. No thanks.

Jewelry as cheap as her opinion. Do not waste your time, money, or energy

I honestly had a good experience. Even with customers service. I was reading all these negative reviews after I already purchased, so I decided to reach out to customer service to see where my package was and they got back to me very quick. My package also got to me quick. Idk how the jewelry will last because I got it today but it's beautiful. I only ordered a choker chain and a chain for my brother. But there is nothing wrong with them. There beautiful. I'm going to keep ordering. It might be a bit over priced, I'm not sure, but maybe that's just the Cali way... Anyways try for your self with a small order and see what you think. I love my choker chain that I got. It's stunning.. And I like Alex's designs... Maybe some people just don't like that the ski is blue...

I wish I didn’t have to write this review truly. I purchased the supernova heart 14k gold filled necklace. The necklace I received is nothing like the photo. I noticed the low quality as soon as I opened it. Honestly I should have known it was going to be a scam looking at how she uses plastic ziplock bags as her packaging when people are buying hundreds of dollars worth of product, but I just though it was her style so I bought in. I purchased this necklace trusting Alex because I like her values and her content and wow, I’m more sad than anything that someone I looked up to let me down so bad. In the state of our country and the economy, doing something like this is truly evil, scamming people not just out of a small amount of money, but hundreds of dollars is really messed up. I want to get my money back but I keep reading reviews that she blocks people. I also noticed AFTER the fact I got scammed that she doesn’t have a review option on her website…. I wonder why….

if you are coming here to see if you should buy jewelry from HRH , I’m warning you do NOT buy anything. I say all of this with the heaviest of hearts. This was a big let down… Karma will do her thing I guess and that’s all I have to say.

My bf bought me one of her pendant necklaces as a gift and it tarnished and made my skin itchy. So it’s not as advertised and not real gold? So why did he spend over $90 on something that’s that cheap? I’m not a fan of her youtube or whatever it is she’s famous for. I do like her designs though and we try to only buy from local or handmade artists. but further researching her stuff, I found out there’s a huge scam about her jewelry not being actual handmade but just mass produced pieces from China so that sucks. He has emailed her shop and the customer service is non existent so it’s a loss and we can’t return it. What a shame because her designs are very interesting. Too bad none of them are actually designed by her.

First of all, the prices are horrible. She over charges WAY over 90% of the market price. Anyone considering purchasing from her DON’T for these reasons:

I purchased 2! of the pave dagger earrings and only received 1! The tracking for the supposed other one has been in “pre-shipment” for over a week now. I’ve been emailing them and NO response! I should have known better. PLEASE AVOID!!! Save your money! Horrible company, horrible service.

Not all of the items have a description of what they’re made of. If it is gold filled, it will tarnish(quickly). I purchased one good piece so far, but that broke after 8/9 months. I wore it most days, the clasps tarnished first then the gold on the cross. Today it broke out of nowhere. I tried emailing her about my other pieces that tarnished almost immediately and she did not offer a single resolution. She argued with me over email though. It’s unfortunate that her designs are such a vibe but such awful quality. I’ve considered taking her designs to a real jeweler to get them made out of quality materials because she does not offer that. Would probably be cheaper than places like gorjana or mejuri(don’t get me started on them).

I purchased the MINI PEARL MELTS SET (14K GOLD FILLED) for $65USD. I was shocked when I opened the package. The hoops themselves are incredibly flimsy. I understand that they are handmade, but the mechanism to open and close them are very basic, and "bendy" - not sturdy at all. The earrings look so cheap as a result. First time purchasing through shophrh and it will be my last. Much better quality at ana luisa and the like - often for a fraction of the price. Shipping also took ages. Your money is better spent elsewhere.

I just received the glitter ice chain phone strap 2 HOURS ago and it’s broken. It actually broke 2 times before this as well but I put it back together myself. The plastic links are cheaply made with gaps in them so that they can just come apart at any moment.

So dangerous too as I used this as a phone strap and my phone fell out of my hands onto the floor.

It sucks because she really advertised these on her YouTube as being super high quality and worth so much money and must’ve lied when she said she uses hers every day because that’s impossible, they break within hours! She also says on the website that it’s phone safe which is clearly a lie.

I was so excited for this and paid so much for shipping abroad. Very upset.

I used to be a big fan of HRH, but after giving her jewelry 3 tries, each piece either tarnished after 3 months or broke. I reached out to them so kindly to ask if there was anything to do and each time they said “oh this has never happened to us with this piece and we’ve been selling for years”. The quality is TRASH. Don’t waste your money honestly.

Garbage jewelry. Tarnishes. False advertising on the website. Customer service is lousy and lies. Judy replies like a prepubescent teenager by email. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

This is getting crazy. Customer service are nice. But I ordered a bracelet in December 2020. Never received. Lost probably. New bracelet. Again 2 months and no movement. April the 8th pre adviced. It's the 24th now. It does not take that long. They say. We are not responsible for lost items. So I lost over a 100 euros and I have nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOVE my pieces from hrh collection would recommend the revenue chain bracelet as a simple every day affordable accessory to elevate any outfit. and customer service are very nice x

The owner of this company is truly a terrible human being. Terrible human beings usually have terrible companies. Do NOT buy anything from this company or this woman.. or be prepared to get stuck with a crappy product and someone who does not care about you as a customer at all.. take it from me!!

I truly don’t even want to give this company aka Alex a zero. The website is very misleading. There is no returns or exchanges. No phone number to talk with anyone. All you can do is email back and forth. The understanding is zero. If I had saw her you tube videos I would not have ever ordered. The items look good but Alex don’t send out what she advertise. And will blame it on you. They felt cheap; however I could have covered that up. She did not send what it should have been. Then shes advertising the same chain (and I counted the links) for the same price. I emailed her and no response. It’s okay... It’s sad, I’ve learn my lesson. I loss $75 but will never ever order from her again. Don’t just read my comments. Google, you tube, Instagram this company first please! Also, There is one lady who purchase very high end handbag pieceS wearing her items on her LV bags. They look very good. I’m sure it’s because of some kind of agreement and that’s okay. But treat everyone else with respect. Not the same but with some level of respect. I close the book On this purchase feeling like I’ve been scammed. Karma will come back . Very sad

The owner of this company is a joke. She yells and bullies people that disagree with her. She posts pictures of them and calls them names. And this is on her Instagram page promoting her company. What kind of professional business owner acts like that?
