Beautiful items but terrible customer service. Refuse to give refunds when their carrier loses your parcel on return to them. Insist that the customer must get information from the courier to assist with the lost goods claim, yet the courier is uncontactable. Shopdisney also do not respond to emails

I’ve bought from shop Disney before and it’s been ok but still waiting for an order from 21st October which was a gift for a birthday that has been and gone. Live chat absolutely useless, no reply to complaint and it’s impossible to speak to anyone so will have to do a chargeback. I don’t think it’s a genuine website anymore although not sure what’s happened.

I had held off from writing a review here in hope that Shop Disney would up there game and sort out the issues that have been occurring since using Global E, however from reading others reviews, nothing has changed and customers are still unhappy and being fobbed off.
I myself have had 3 orders cancelled or some items in orders cancelled between September and October alone. I also had the promise of a replacement item as mine was faulty and that was cancelled too! All cancelled items were still in stock at time of cancellation and for weeks after. Aside from this, it is taking a full week to process an order and then the cancellation comes. Shop Disney have used the excuse to me that there is a ‘warehouse glitch’
How many warehouse glitches will it take before Shop Disney get their house in order?
If you call them, you are on hold for a minimum time of 30-40 minutes, if you email them they are taking a week to reply and if you message them via Facebook messenger which used to be the most reliable way of receiving a response, they no longer reply at all!
On my last order that was cancelled I eventually received a reply that stated I could re-order the item but there was no guarantee that it wouldn’t be cancelled again. How reassuring.
I’m sure many customers do receive their orders however the amount of us that don’t are building up and custom will be lost which is unfortunate but until Shop Disney hold their hands up and address the issue they are having I won’t be ordering again in the future.

Order had delayed shipping with no warning or explanation or reassurance. It just said processing for over 9 days. Disney would not refund me and said I would have to wait for the item to be delivered, then refuse delivery to get the item sent back and they it would take 14 days on top of that to receive the refund. When the order did arrive 4 days late, in total 9 days after ordering, part of the order was missing and still no sign of it. Live chat are friendly, but largely unable to help. Not recommended at all. Delays happen, but with no communication at all, customers are just left wondering what is happening. Not great customer service at all. Unreliable shipping dates and just left waiting.

Zero communication from this company! Its takes 5 days from taking payment to realise that items are out of stock. Really dissatisfied with the service.

Where to begin? Ordered recently when Shop Disney had a Lego promotion. The orders took days to even process. Nothing at all from Shop Disney by way of communication. I had to chase up what was going on. This meant emailing (no response at all), using the Web Chat (utterly, completely useless, takes 45 minutes to go from position 15 to position 2 in the queue, only for the connection to reset and send you back to position 17), and calling (30 minute wait, spoke to a nice person, who explained there were warehouse issues).

Items finally started arriving on separate days, still with basically zero notification, but at least an email from Evri (yes, that excellent courier).

And of course, some items are damaged. Back to Web Chat. Astonishing, eventually get through to someone (after emails with no response, couldn't call, days trying via chat). Again very nice, but no, they can't replace out of stock items, and can't give anything at all by way of making it up.

So much time and effort wasted.

In the past I would have given ShopDisney a 5* review as they were amazing however, times have changed and I'm completely avoiding them! If I could give them 0* I would as they are the worst! Every time I place an order with them, I never receive a dispatch email,10/10 times Disney always lose my parcels! When the parcels eventually turn up, there's no apology or explanation and half the time my parcels are split and arrive on several different days throughout the month. When I contact their customer service team on webchat, they can't give an explanation, they don't even apologise and they never try to resolve my issues. They honestly don't care about the customers and are so rude! I'm still waiting on an order to arrive (it's currently been 2 weeks and no response) which, no doubt will turn up an item at a time. Wish they never got rid of the physical stores as they were a completely different experience.

Ordered last Friday online - a Halloween Mickey Mouse and a darkwing duck. I was nervous when I saw the bad reviews on here to do with deliveries.
Said it was meant to arrive on the 27th October but no dispatch on the date so I contacted them via online chat and they explained that their warehouse is very busy and said it would be with me by today (28th October) and it did arrive today! Ihave two very happy boys with their new soft toys and had no issues with contacting Disney and happy with the service even with it being a date late

Dreadful customer service. Awaiting a personalised Halloween Mickey for my Grandson. No dispatch email yet, ordered it 10 days ago. I emailed customer service twice, they didn't bother to reply. I rang the customer service number. Absolutely rubbish, no help in any way. Just telling me they have a very busy time of year and my order has progressed....my order status has been in progress for days and days...nothing has happened. The worst thing was the girl on the customer service line said she was new to the 'magic'. Sorry but nothing 'magical' about Disney online shopping.

Terrible customer service. Replacement item raised on Sunday and advised it would be express delivery and I’ve since been informed there are warehouse issues so they have no idea when I’ll get it. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week?! The original item was a child’s costume that had bare wires which is a huge health and safety risk. Have been lied to twice about it being on next day delivery and now getting told they haven’t a clue when I’ll receive it is really frustrating. Have a very upset 4 year old, which seems like the opposite of disneys ethos & now no Halloween outfit for two parties he has this week.

Ordered with a 1 week expected date. 10 days later it still hasn't been shipped. I rang customer service and got some bull about an ongoing problem and when I said 'oh, so expected delivery idls if you feel like it', the assistant said 'yeah pretty much'. I haven't normally had any issues but I find it hard to believe it takes 10 days to put 3 items in a box and add a postage label

Have placed an order two weeks ago for Halloween. It still hasn’t arrived, checking my order information it’s ‘in progress’ so isn’t showing as dispatched. Chat seems to be always offline and not getting any answers on email either. Unsure how I get a refund . Recommend to avoid!

I am not experiencing a positive shopping experience from Disney - I expected better! Being lied to when I call to chase my delivery saying "it will come today" and when I speak to live chat, it hasn't even been dispatched, but they can't upgrade to next day delivery, can't cancel my order, can't escalate me to manager to sort it as they could take 3-5 days to come back to me! I don't appreciate being lied to by a company like Disney, it has not been a magical experience at all!!

And I still have no guarantee when it will be delivered and I need it for THIS WEEK!!!

I placed an order, which never got confirmed, but I did pay for it. I contacted them, gave them the requested information, but after almost 3 weeks of waiting for an answer, they told me they haven't found any payments in my name.
This is disgusting!!!

Awful! Three orders stuck ‘in progress’ have never been contacted or received any correspondence to say there’s been a delay. Told they cannot cancel and refund any orders that are ‘in progress’. Will they ever arrive? At what point does this actually become classified as theft? You can’t charge people for orders you don’t fulfill 🤬🤬

I just got an email to inform me they are processing a refund for my returned item. Which I never got in the first place! I then called to found out what was going on. I was informed that the items was sold out and got a lousy ‘sorry’. After waiting over a week and so close to Halloween, I found it unacceptable that Disney doesn’t offer a single gesture of good will to show some customers service. They did offer me a refund and a free delivery on my next order which was funny considering I never paid for a delivery and that by law they have to issue a refund if I haven’t got the goods.
I expected so much more from such a big company!

My purchase is yet to arrive.

Purchased some Star wars items for my husbands birthday but they never arrives.

Fingers crossed they do...

Treated myself to a Christmas Spirit Jersey, Minnie Ears and Shopping bag. My items arrived on time via Evri with no problems, used my 15% off code , only thing that was annoying was that click and collect wasn’t available for my order, I will differently order again soon.

Got sent a 20% off discount code so I ordered myself a Christmas ornament. The next day I get an email saying my order is being refunded. No reason as to why. But the ornament is still available to buy on the website. So I get my partner to order the ornament (without a discount code) and the order has been dispatched. They are obviously cancelling orders if you use a discount code now. Absolutely ridiculous and this has never happened to me before. Shocking to be honest.
