Shoezone are super efficient from time of ordering right through to free delivery. Products arrive super quick.
Unfortunately, the sandals themselves are very poorly sized. I ordered a size 7 and the sandals were at least two sizes too small. I have a standard size 7 foot. Really disappointing as I now have the hassle of returning them to my local store. Not the first time Shoezone sandals have come up small.

There was no sitting by the window all day, no phantom "sorry we missed you" notifications, and no tracking updates that inexplicably stall out in a depot miles away.
​The entire experience from checkout to unboxing was seamless, straightforward, and completely refreshingly boring in the best way possible. No endless waiting around, no battling unhelpful support agents, and no drama whatsoever. If other high-street retailers want to know how online shopping is actually supposed to work, they should take notes .... Shoezone nailed it 👌🏼

I never had a problem with shoezone excellent service very easy to order on line and if you need to send back that's not a problem either all in all excellent service

Great customer service! But please note, Shoe Zone's Next Day Delivery works well with Royal Mail but is not so good with Evri... But, if you do have problems their Customer Service agents are excellent.

I ordered three pairs of sandals in Ladies size 9 All flats and all very similar but in different colours
Two pairs were perfect but one pair was way too small and appeared to be say a size 7
Tried to send back but they wanted me to pay £2:50
Why should I pay this as it wasn’t my fault ? I hadn’t changed my mind the goods were not what I ordered
Contacted customer services who said return to a store I don’t live near a store
Not good customer service They said styles vary !!!

Great selection, good quality and styles. Never any problems with a return, although only once was it necessary and that was my fault for ordering the wrong size. No extra charge for next day delivery is really a bonus and you don’t have to wait for days for something to arrive.

I have not received my order although I have been sent an email saying my order has been delivered! It's not been. I have no idea what to do now. I needed those shoes for my holiday. I'm disappointed.

I ordered three pairs of sandals but never received them. Apparently the parcel went missing in transit. I had to contact customer service twice to see where my order was. I did get the choice of being sent my order again but one pair of sandals had sold out so I went for a full refund which was done straightaway.

Just got the delivery of my indoor full slippers, appear to of be very good quality for the price. Prompt next day delivery. Would thoroughly recommend.
