Worst experience with Shipmozo! Extremely poor customer support, no proper response from the team, and an order that still hasn’t been delivered even after 15 days. Instagram par sirf reels banane se company nahi chalti, customer service aur timely delivery bhi zaroori hai. Very disappointing experience! 👎

This scam company Shipmozo will ask to recharge for a minimum of 500 to activate your account and when you do it, they will ghost you. Its been 33 days since I have requested for refund via support and call. Basically there is zero support from these guys, unprofessional communication on call(should call multiple times for days to get connected once), full of lies or neglect. Only twice did they respond in these 33 days and both are lies of refund initiation. If you value your time, if you run based on trust with your customer, if you value money, stay far far away from them. I wish there was a zero star rating to give

Shipmozo's service has been severely deficient. On Sep 17, 2026, I received an order containing wrong books instead of those I ordered. When I raised a complaint with video evidence attached (ticket #TK-2402-7893), the response was inadequate, and the ticket was closed without proper resolution. I have raised multiple follow-up complaints and escalations, all of which have been ignored. Their system provides no real accountability or customer care. The company willfully neglects customer issues and closes tickets without fixing the actual problems. This is unacceptable service for a logistics provider. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you value your deliveries and customer support.

humare bade parcel hote hai aap parcel ko ya lable ko kithna bhi safe pack karo fir bhi inke yaha se parcel lost hoga hume to aisa lagata hai ye khud hi chori kar lete hai aur to 1% ka bhi claim nahi dete hai Aur kehate hai parcel lost ho gaya ab humari koi responiblity nahi hai .

matlab Legal taraike se fraud karane ka pura system bana kar rakh diya hai aap kuch bhi karo ye log aap ko paise nahi denge . aur unhe customer ki koi value nahi hai ek gaya dusara aata hai aise direct call Excutive bolate hai batao ab aise company ke sath kon kam karega bhai

Not at all recommended. Their ticket system is very poor. No proper customer support. Any Key account manager they will assign you will not solve your queries and issues for days and when you will ask for updates all you will get is an attitude. Not at all professional. Dashboard is clean and good but do not expect them to solve any of your issues. NDR system is poor, support is poor. Atleast 18 tickets pending from past 1 week and the same amount of tickets closed by providing a out of the context response and the best part no option to reopen or reply to those closed tickets. Save your time and save your energy and choose some other platform.

Extremely disappointing experience with Shipmozo. Multiple shipments are stuck in transit with no proper resolution despite multiple tickets. We faced parcels picked up but not scanned, delayed RTOs, conflicting tracking updates, and customers being asked to collect parcels from hubs. Most disappointing was the support team blaming us for selecting courier partners available on their own platform instead of providing resolution. Very poor support and accountability.

I had a very bad experience with Shipmozo. I already sent an email regarding my issue, but the response was not helpful and the problem is still unresolved. The service is slow and customer support is not reliable. I do not recommend this company.

Very Very Poor customer support, their account manager are useless, they do nothing. Only says we are looking into this, not a single issue get resolved by them. They just hope that curior resolve it by their own to take credit otherwise what is going to happen seller will bare. I have proofs for what i am saying.

This is my genuine personal experience as a seller using Shipmozo, and it has been nothing but frustrating and financially damaging.

1. Zero timely support – every issue takes 24–48 hours
Whenever a problem occurs (which is VERY frequent), their team takes 24–48 hours just to respond.
By the time they reply, the shipment is already RTO, and we sellers bear the loss.

2. Deliver TO customer but mark RTO in the panel
This is the biggest issue.
My shipments were successfully delivered to customers, but Shipmozo’s panel still showed RTO marked.
Because of this, they hold COD remittance instead of releasing it on time.

3. COD payments are delayed for months
Unless YOU personally follow up again and again, Shipmozo never releases COD remittance.
Some of my parcels took 3–6 months to get resolved.
Every time, the same excuse: “Company issue, we will solve it.”

4. Feels like they keep seller’s money locked intentionally
Based on my repeated experience, it feels like Shipmozo keeps the money unless the seller fights for it.
No proactive support, no transparency, no accountability.

Overall:

Using Shipmozo has been one of the worst decisions for my business.
Delayed support, wrong tracking statuses, months-long COD delays — it’s a nightmare for any seller who relies on timely cash flow.

I hope this review helps other sellers avoid the unnecessary losses and stress I faced.

they make fake delivery attempts , even if item is lost/theft they will ask you for prove , how to share prove if delivery boy attempt theft , product is deliverd but mark undeliver for most of COD products and dont pay money saying its lost.however customer says he recieved the product and paid money .their customer is pathetic no sense " how to talk with client " , sales team specially a guy named Ankit , while sellinng he make big commitments , once sold sir plz contact customer care

Fraud company. Take money. Do not even attempt delivery. Then say customer not home. AVOID AT ALL COST.
