I bought a BMW from Sheldon this week. Andy was great to deal with, the bike was delivered quickly and safely. It is spotlessly clean and the price was fair. I will definitely choose Sheldon again.

Experiencing advantage motorcycle was so amazing. It's thrilling and enjoyable. As of now, I have no issues about my motorycle. Worth it to buy.

Spent a great deal of time emailing back and forth negotiating on a motorcycle, finally agreed a price including delivery and was asked to call to leave a deposit.
When I called, surprise, they cannot sell the bike for what we agreed but could sell it for a thousand more. Their mistake, must have been a typo - 2 times!!??
Sounds like a con to me, and to make it worse the exact same make, model and colour was for sale with another dealer at almost the price we had agreed,but was sold to someone else. I lose.
Be careful when dealing with them.

Flew in from Belfast to Birmingham after agreeing a fair price to a superb Triumph Thruxton R. Short taxi ride to Sheldon Motorcycles at 7.45 and was greeted by Andy the owner. Everything was as described, all paperwork sorted swiftly as i had to catch the 2 o clock ferry from Holyhead ( which I did). On asking were there any additional charges (like document handling fees) he replied " no charges as we are a proper motorcycle shop". On asking if there was a charge for using a credit card... answer... no of course not.They even let me use the shop computer to arrange insurance for my new ride. He also taxed the bike at my request to save time and it came with a years mot. Great customer service 10/10

I bought a ducati 998 from sheldon motorcycles without going to there shop, i read good reviews from other customers that bought a bike the same way. The bike was checked fully and serviced before it left the shop, when it arrived the bike was immaculate, all the paperwork, keys etc in a nice sheldon motorcycles folder. nice driver who dropped it off. very happy with there service, hopefully this helps future buyers.

Bought a Triumph Explorer off these guys today, couldn’t have gone smoother. Very professional and friendly staff. Got the bike MOT’d and service for me in a matter of hours, and everything was ready for me when I turned up. I would not hesitate recommending them and will certainly go back if I’m looking to change again. Many thanks.

So I have finance ready situation, with cash ready to buy a bike, after seeing an advert in autotrader, I enquired about a BMW K1600GT, i think it would be fair to say that the guy on the other end was more interested in not selling bike than anything else, I asked him usual qs about the vehicle he was answering with a negative tone, mainly saying without having the bike in front he could not confirm, at the end he suggested I should pop over to look, I said I was in London, he is in Birmingham, even this didn't jult anything in his head, he stated the bike showroom is a few doors away from him, suggesting he isnt prepared to go out, neither offered another option such as passing the call to a colleague, appalling service, bad attitude towards sales, but ironically thanks to this man I bought a bike from even further away from London with excellent customer service and a better bike, so anyone want purchase something from this rude man ... think twice ... anyway sheldon mc bad luck you've lost out on a sale
