Delay on shed ordered after date was advertised, hard to cancel as they don't answer the phone or emails. Credit card company helped me get a refund 3 weeks later

If we could give it zero we would

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered shed 23rd April and thought at the time that advertised lead time of two weeks would be unlikely given COVID situation. After two weeks and chase email in May, they replied 12 days later to say delivery date this last Wed, day off work taken and no delivery. Managed to get a call to sales Thurs am, call back later confirming Saturday delivery. That never happened either. Sending cancellations email and refund request today but assume that this will end up being raised via credit company as unlikely to get a response.
Wish we'd read reviews first. Awful customer service. I appreciate that situation is difficult but this is a farce.

**UPDATE. Ironically, the day after posting this, the shed has arrived with 1.5 hours notice, with the email being from a different company. It's of a good quality and has gone together easily, so have upgraded review from 1 to 3 stars. Just shame that the non existent customer service has let it down.

I have emailed 3 times and rang 5 times…

I have emailed 3 times and rang 5 times and I am still waiting on a response. I am taking legal action unless my order is delivered or a refund ASAP.

In response to reply dated 26.6.20- I can assure you I have never received an email from you on 10th June other than a review opportunity. I emailed again on 16th June, then rang multiple times eventually getting through. You say my summer house is due on 6th July.....I’ll wait and see.

3rd July- what a surprise. Shed delivery has been cancelled.

Ordered a greenhouse around 15th April

Ordered a greenhouse around 15th April, money taken, almost immediately, from account. Have had no correspondence in the last two months, no acknowledgement of order or any details of delivery. It has now been two months. Have tried phoning and emailing but no response. Considering our position with regard to taking some action. Wish we had not placed this order.

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
They are happy to take your money but you will wait forever to receive your purchase.
Staff continued to give me diffirent excuses as to why my greenhouse was being delayed, I was told I would get call back on several occasions and didn't. No reply to emails. I cancelled my order after 5 weeks of waiting. Please stay away from this company.

Awful Company

Do not buy from this terrible Company . Alison’s review is so accurate. It is awful they take your money but fail to deliver . Customers service is 0. I am taking legal advice on how to report them officially as they should not be trading .

Do not take any notice of their pathetic attempt to recover the situation by the replies they have just put up to some people's reviews.
Like many others, I can confirm the following:
1) The company does not reply to phone calls or emails.
2) We did finally get the shed we had ordered and paid for, however it was missing some screws which were essential. Despite ringing and eventually getting to speak to someone, I was told the screws would be sent straight away in the post. Well of course they have never arrived, despite me chasing.
3) The shed has to be the worst timber building I have ever seen in my life. It was clearly cut by people who have no idea what they are doing. Every single piece was a different measurement. This means it is impossible to erect this shed properly! The roof does not sit level, there are gaps everywhere to let the water in, absolute rubbish. When I contacted the company about this - no response., What amazing customer service, not.
4) This company should not be allowed to continue trading. I am taking our case to Trading Standards. We asked for a partial refund to help cover the cost of us having to:
a) Purchase new timber to cover up all the holes
b) Purchase screws they did not supply
c) Purchase filler foam to fill up more holes
d) The inconvenience of the above
5) To say I'm angry is an understatement. I think we should all somehow get together to take this company to Trading Standards. They should not be allowed to get away with this any longer.

Also if you phone them go through the new oder route on the phone options as any other gets no answer!!

Do not buy this shed!!

Do not buy this shed - or any other in the family!!

This is only the second review I have ever left but I was so appalled at the poor quality of this shed I felt it is my civic duty to warn others

Ordered on the 1st April. The shed was delivered late and without roofing felt, which took 3 phone calls and eventually arrived over 7 weeks after payment was made. Each time I called, the person was very apologetic and promised to help, but nothing happened. Eventually the company that actually make these sheds called and finally the worlds thinnest felt was delivered.

The shed itself is paper thin and very poorly made from very knotty wood, meaning that the whole thing is begging to be infested by insects and is about as waterproof as a colander. The felt is the cheapest you can buy, as are the flimsy hinges and fittings.

The construction of the shed is also very poor. the flimsy panels have been nailed gunned together with many nails missing the target support so simply splitting the outer surface of the shiplap. It is also made from non-standard 33mm batons so adding additional support is very difficult.

After building the shed, I covered the windows and sat inside in almost full daylight! The gaps in the shiplap are so huge that in several places you can get your fingers through and the splits in the thin wood run for several feet at a time.

Save your money and build a new shed yourself as you will end up rebuilding this thing anyway, so it will be the most expensive template you ever buy!

Ordered a shed because it was in 48 hour delivery section on 13.05.20. Received an email from a totally different company claiming that shed would be delivered on 18th June. No apology, no explanation of the delay. I have given you my money I want my product or some acknowledgment that it will be almost a month late. COVID was around when I ordered this should have been taken account when delivery info given before I parted with money. COVID is not an acceptable excuse! I would not have bought this if I had known it would take so long! I have just seen your response - YOU ARE STILL ADVERTISING 48 HOUR DELIVERY ON THE SAME PRODUCT!!! If you know there are issues why not give realistic times your response is rubbish!!!!

Well this is the 4th time I've had to…

Well this is the 4th time I've had to call to chase our greenhouse, again been told that someone will call back once they have sorted out my order for delivery, excuses have ranged from, no stock, COVID-19, no delivery dates available and one of them even said they forgot to call me back or send an e-mail.
You've had our money for weeks, I want our greenhouse, Di the right thing and Get it to the delivery company and send it. You are still showing as having 9 in stock so make it happen . I should have looked at the other reviews before placing my order, big mistake. i will continue to call every day until it's sent. Oh and why when i'm looking to speak to the delivery team or customer service it's too busy, dont even get a reply to emails I've sent. but your sales team can answer straight away....

Not even 1 star, wow what fabulous reviews you have, you should be proud!!! Well didn't get shed, someone else did. No one answers phones or emails, finally someone rang back did I want another one.,god no. Who knows if I will ever get a refund, I can see they don't reply to any reviews I wonder why that is. Do not use

Thieving, lazy, liars

UPDATE: Requested a full refund in May - still not received. These shysters literally couldn't be worse businesspeople if they tried!

Ordered a bike shed on 23rd April, on the understanding that it would be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday, according to the "live delivery status" on the order page. Company very happy to take my money straight away.

Friday comes, no shed.

Emails sent, no response. Phoned them up, can't get through because every option is replaced with a standard "Covid excuse" recorded message.

Eventually manage to get through them on the phone on 9th May, funnily enough by selecting the 'new sales' option (sound familiar). Lady states that the order was picked and dispatched on 7th May. I asked when it would arrive, she said within ten working days. I said that seems a long time for a courier company. I asked who the company was, she said she didn't know.

Very unprofessional outfit.

If my shed does not arrive this week I will be getting my money back and doing everything I can to stop these shysters robbing off anyone else.

Awful awful awful

Awful awful awful!
This company are the worst I’ve dealt with and have no morals.
I’ve been on the phone to them for 3 weeks now asking for a refund of almost £900. We purchased a playhouse for my sons 2 birthday which is on the 26th May. Upon ordering we were told it was in stock and we’d receive it 2 weeks before.
Once they’d took my money they then told me it wasn’t in stock and we couldn’t have it until after lockdown?!
I instantly requested a refund and I’m still waiting for it. All of my family clubbed together as his gift so I don’t have another £900 to get him gifts which means it’s unlikely he’ll have any to open on his birthday now.
Really disappointing!
If you do even read this, my order number is 453607. Please do the right thing and refund it ASAP!

Complete shambles of a company

Complete shambles of a company. Took the cash, went beyond the agreed delivery date, didn't respond to VM and emails. Then cancelled the order due to 'no stock available'. Still awaiting my refund 10 days later and their advice was it would be in due course. Now contacting credit card company to raise a refund. I hope no one else has the misfortune of dealing with a shabby mickey mouse company like this. Hang your heads.
