Shay & Blue Anmeldelser 

Have no idea what's going on with Shay and blue at the moment. No replies to email as it would seem my August subscription hasn't arrived and may have been cancelled without me knowing.
Previous month was a nightmare, had been charged for 3 perfumes within their subscription and only 1 was a chosen perfume and 2 I never selected. Although partially refunded and scentlist "fixed" I noticed my scentlist keeps changing every time I log in. Their log on portal is a faff having to send a code to email every time I want to log in.

I'm a long term fan of Shay and blue originally purchasing from M&S so when I found out they had a subscription service I was over the moon but it's just been a frustration. What a shame.

I ordered for the first time, and love my perfume. I received it quickly, and received 2 free gifts that are awesome too. My husband loves the scent, and I have been stopped out and about and asked what perfume was I wearing. Will definitely order again. If you are on the fence, definitely try it!!!!

I have wanted to try this these fragrances for a long time and that had a great offer which gave me a perfect opportunity.

I ordered a collection of 5 perfumes which arrived the next day!
The scents are all lovely and the one that I liked least, I will give to a friend who will love it.
It's early days, because I haven't worn them for a whole day yet but so far I loved Driftwood Seasalt and Tonka Angelica. I like the ethics of the company and shall explore more of their perfumes.

Wow! I’ve seen Shay & Blue online and looked many times. I finally ordered a bottle of Lilac and Gooseberries. I literally ordered in the afternoon and received my order the next day. This fragrance is everything they say it is. Fruity, floral, but so long lasting! I spray in the morning and can still smell it late in the evening.
I would definitely recommend that fragrance, and the company for the speed of dispatch and the quality

I got Lilac and Gooseberries. Its definitely not my usual scent. I go more gourmand, but I'm completely in love with that scent. It smell so good! I gotten alot of compliments on it.

Shay and Blue products are absolutely fantastic. The scents of the perfumes and then in turn, in their body care products are so pure and clean. Until you try their fragrances, you won’t realise how synthetic and heavily over fragranced all other perfumes out there are. The scents are true to their description, lift your mood instantly and the range of options are fantastic so you dress yourself in a fresh and uplifting perfume by day and then a warm and romantic one by night. Since discovering Shay and Blue I genuinely will not wear anything else. Having subscribed to their monthly scent list enables me to trial all they have in the range at an affordable level but also it’s exciting to receive a different scent each month, especially as they release more and more lovely options.

Horrible customer service and no way to cancel subscription. I ordered this subscription starting with the scent list. When I first joined I picked out the scents I wanted and started the subscription. I received a random email one day talking about my scent list so I logged into my account to find that non of my scents had saved to my list, however I apparently have a subscription to the same scent I had already ordered. I email customer service to let them know that it seemed my scent list isn't saving my scents and there was an issue. I received a quick email stating that I had not picked my scents and my scent list was on pause. I emailed back stating I have tried picking scents multiple time and in my account there is a active subscription to the previous scent already so something is not linking together. That is where it has gone silent. I sent follow up email that was ignored and I also tried to communicate with their online portal which was also ignored. At this point I was frustrated and decided I will be canceling due to the terrible customer service. Once in my account I quickly realized there is no actual way to cancel the subscription. After reviewing the faqs on their website it seem they have hidden that you are locked into a subscription for an undisclosed certain amount of purchases before you can cancel. Beware of this company. They locked me into a mandatory minimum number of purchases without disclosing it before I signed up. Forcing customers into a hidden subscription loop without clear, upfront consent directly violates federal and state consumer protection laws regarding negative option marketing. It is illegal to hide these commitments. Do not trust their checkout process!

Ordering these 3 perfumes on an offer for myself i like to keep them in the car i got a bottle in a beauty box and loved it so trying some different ones. Ordering easy and fast delivery well packaged

Classy aroma is what I immediately think of when purchasing Shay & Blue. The Oud is out of this world and my husband's favourite - he gets compliments every time he wears it and always has one in stock.

I ordered Lilacs and Gooseberries as my first fragrance from Shay & Blue on the scent list subscription (£1 for first order and £12.50 a month after) and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I’m usually very fussy with perfumes and wouldn’t usually dream of ordering a perfume ‘blind’ but for such a low price point I decided to take a chance and I’m so glad I did. Very excited for my next one to arrive (rhubarb and sandalwood)! £12.50 a month for 10ml bottle feels like such a nice little treat without splurging on an item. ScentList is such a great idea to try without committing to bigger size bottles.

I have been buying perfumes from S&B since they opened their shop! I absolutely love the perfumes ranging from Dandelion Fig (which is light and stunning, and quite unlike any other perfume on the market- my all time fav) to Frankincense Pepper (which is a new fav and again very different and heady) You really can't go wrong with these perfumes - and they are great to layer with each other!

Placed an order late on a Saturday and my parcel containing a 10ml trio was delivered on Monday morning... great service. My trio consisted of 2 x Lily la Luxe and 1 x Blood Oranges. I've had Blood Oranges before and wanted a small one for travelling; Lily la Luxe was a new buy. Glad I ordered two - a very nice floral but not overpowering so...
