My husband and I have had accounts with Shawbrook for more than 10 years. They are one of the standout banks we've dealt with. Their range of investment is generally very competitive. Their website is very good and concise so, we rarely have to call their hotline to sort an issue, but even the Customer Service staff are very helpful and efficient, unlike the major high street banks.

I have had a cash isa with Shawbrook for many years. I called to transfer the cash isa to a fixed rate. I was told to go online and do it. I asked questions about how to do it but guy I spoke to just asked me to go online to website and he wouldn’t help me.i got no customer service whatsoever.

I am a long-standing customer of Shawbrook Bank. I have two accounts, and so has my wife. I went on their website today to look for an easy-access account. The one I want is only available to new customers. No problem, I will go elsewhere, and remember to do similar when my Shawbrook accounts mature.

I have been delighted with this bank
I have been delighted with this bank. Account was easy to open, website excellent. Market leading interest rate on 1 year fixed ISA. When I decided not to renew for a second year they handled the ISA transfer efficiently. Really good.
