They are a disgrace “robot”advisor .
Opened an Account with Shawbrook Bank was told it could be a joint account .The advisor was like a robot and kept repeating the same thing .
They now tell me it can’t be a joint account .Do not invest with Shawbrook Bank if you want a joint account .Appalling lack of customer care and service … once they have your money they are not interested!

While the account cannot be opened jointly initially, a second applicant can be added within 14 days of opening, provided the account remains unfunded. We're sorry this was not your understanding and thank you for your feedback.
Your interest rates are less competitive
Your interest rates are less competitive than they have been in the past. Of late I have been reviewing my options. Like all similar situations it's all to easy to be complacent. However the website is easy to use which is an advantage worth bearing in mind when reviewing.

Fixed rate ISA
Have had my ISA with this bank for a few years now. I tend to have the 1 year fixed rate which always gives me a very competitive % rate. If I've needed help, the service has always been there.

I’ve saved with Shawbrook for a number of years; easy to see my accounts online and all with no problems. I needed to speak to customer services today for the first time and they were exceptional at guiding me through what I needed to do re new accounts at maturity and transferring money whilst on the call so it was all set up. Excellent support so 5 stars!,

It took so long to transfer my late…
It took so long to transfer my late wife's isas to my account. The process needs a logging framework so you and I can see the next step and progress made. So many miscommunication delayed the process.
